I am not sure why this takes so long to fix, app has been defunct for months now.
Cloudflare SSO just gets stuck and never works.
Honestly the website does this too… but at least in a browser you can refresh to get out of the loop and then get to the site.

Does not work on iOS 26.2
The app no longer works on iOS version 26.2
Tough to use
As a JustAnswer expert, this app doesn’t add much to the platform. Logging in has been tenuous for a few months, the app is now totally non-functional at least for me.
If you’re a JA expert it’s better to just use the website, I don’t think the app has been updated in nearly a year.

Need to update
Many times nothing work. Just reloading screen, Down app when I receive new message.
Not reliable
Majority of the time it is down . All I see is the spinning circle .

They didn’t solve my problem. They charged me 48 bucks for 10 minutes of work that didn’t resolve anything. I downloaded the app and now I can’t open it to cancel my subscription. It just spins and spins. What a scam.

Don’t contact these people. You will be charge considerably more than they said. And you will be charged monthly. Advice given was to boil garlic and drink.

This “service” [read scam] preys on people who desperately need an answer during times when a normal doctor or veterinarian isn’t available. I can’t believe I payed $40 to be ignored! I barely make enough money to pay the bills. It’s been over 2 hours, at this point the vets where I am will be open in about 5 hours. Which means I payed $40 for NOTHING. I received no service. I do not make enough money to be wasting it on thin air. I could have lit $40 on fire and gotten more out of it! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Just wait for the vet or doctor to open the next morning. At least then you’ll get something for your money.

I used this app expecting a helpful experience, but was extremely disappointed to find a $66 charge that was not clearly communicated upfront. I didn’t receive any mention or request for permission for this charge, which feels deceptive. This lack of transparency is concerning and has left me feeling like this app prioritizes profits over user trust. I would advise others to be cautious before using it.this app is really bad don’t use this and when you ask for help they don’t respond properly really bad

Matching features rarely work, and there’s no pop up notification when it does match. You have to stare at it to see when a match is made.

For such an advanced websites this app has essentially no features. Needs a ton of updates including accessibility to your reports. It used to work and now doesn’t. Also can’t use Siri talk to text to respond to messages, it’ll delete everything automatically. So many more issues. I’d love to work on things more often on the go but this app makes it impossible. This app is sad.

Scammers. Waste of time and money
I have a big problem with Just Answer. I used your services on the 11 of December 2023 I spoke to a VET with the concerns I had about my dog. Made the payment the same day of R378 and VET was very helpful. On the 11 January 2024 I got a debit order coming from Just Answer.com which doesn’t make sense cause the payment I made was to speak to a consultant/VET. When I complained the first time they said I must pay a R15 fee to speak to a lawyer and wanted my card details again. I am so upset with this business. They have my card details and trying to take my money. Would never use this service again if this is what they do. Untrustworthy.

Scam THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT ASKING YOU
They will tell you that they will charge you $2 when getting credit card information but charging you $66 per month in reality without even telling you.
Tried it twice, never got qualified or substantial help
Tried it twice because the advertising is promising and get some quick advice or a prescription sounds promising. Never worked out. Just paid almost 50$ for nothing.
