Lousy customer care
Their costumer care is so lousy and they just provide you with generic answers. I doubt that they have real human beings. I suspect they are bots that provide you with fluff

Poor service
The customer service is very poor. They were unable to resolve my issue or provide any effective assistance. The support process was frustrating and did not lead to a solution. I hope the customer service team improves their responsiveness and problem-solving in the future.

قدمت طلب غسيل سيارة عبر تطبيق Just Clean وحددت الموعد الساعة 6 صباحاً، لكن الشركة وصلت الساعة 11 بدون التزام بالوقت. كما تجاهلوا ملاحظاتي بعدم الاتصال بي رغم توضيح مكان المفتاح والعنوان وصورة السيارة داخل التطبيق.
بعد التأخير طلبت إلغاء الخدمة، لكن لم يتم ذلك واضطررت للتواصل مع خدمة العملاء أكثر من مرة وكان الرد بطيئاً وغير احترافي.
ليست أول تجربة سيئة لي مع التطبيق بسبب التأخير وضعف خدمة العملاء، ولا أنصح باستخدامه حتى يتم تحسين الخدمة والالتزام بالمواعيد.
بعد التأخير طلبت إلغاء الخدمة، لكن لم يتم ذلك واضطررت للتواصل مع خدمة العملاء أكثر من مرة وكان الرد بطيئاً وغير احترافي.

Misleading Service Requests and Poor Communication Support
I am very disappointed with my experience using the Just Clean app for housekeeping services. I repeatedly request an English-speaking cleaner because basic communication is necessary for the job to be done properly. Each time I am assured this request will be met, yet someone who cannot understand simple instructions is sent instead. This feels misleading and affects the quality of the service.
During my most recent booking, I had to constantly supervise and demonstrate tasks because the cleaner could not understand basic household terms. This defeats the purpose of hiring a professional service. After the cleaning, I discovered my mop had been left broken. Accidents can happen, but it should have been communicated to me before the cleaner left.
What frustrated me most was customer support. I asked for the service company to contact me so the issue could be addressed, but instead I received a defensive response stating they are not responsible for broken items, even though I never asked for compensation. I was simply looking for accountability and proper follow-up.
Overall, the failure to honor requests, poor communication, and dismissive support have left me very dissatisfied. I will be deleting the app.

The best available application in Qatar with excellent prices and good service, the team responds directly to any complaint, very well-built app and easy to use.
Im using home cleaning and the prices are perfect, compared to other companies that take 3 times what i pay here.

Horrible customer support and cleaning companies (BH)
I have had roughly 7 different issues with 7 different bookings. The cleaning companies they contract out are extremely unprofessional, and they refuse to remove these companies from the app. They only give you a 3 BD credit for one single week, as if logically, people are hiring cleaners every 4 days. Beware, 90% of the companies they contract to your home or business, will NOT have products, even when you pay for products to come. They also never have Mops or vacuums.

بصراحة التطبيق كان جيد في البداية، لكن الخدمة تدهورت كثيرًا مؤخرًا. خدمة العملاء بطيئة جدًا في الرد، وحتى بعد التواصل لا يتم حل المشكلة بشكل مناسب. الطلبات تتأخر أحيانًا، وإذا حدث خطأ لا يوجد أي تعويض أو متابعة جدية. أتمنى يتم تحسين مستوى الخدمة والدعم لأن التطبيق فكرته ممتازة لكن التنفيذ سيئ حاليًا.

Good for Laundry, spotty for car wash
I’ve been using this app for laundry services for years. The app is generally good for laundry services as long as you don’t have any issues with the laundry company itself. Pickup and delivery are on time, but don’t expect customer service to deal with complaints. To be fair, I only had one problem with a laundry company. I just switched to another laundry company when my complaint with the original company I was using was not resolved by the app. Zero follow up. I tried using the app for car washing, but the appointment times were almost never respected and were changed by the car wash company, often without consulting me and without notification. I gave up on booking car washing through the app after several tries. I haven’t tried any of the other available services. Overall good for laundry, but I don’t recommend it for car washing.

Disappointed service and not being resolved
I have had many cleaning so left them to do the cleaning on their own came back the next day to just a little hover and that’s it 3 hour 2 cleaners and the kitchen was exactly how it was
