About

JustCleaner plays a low-frequency pulsing tone through your speaker. Each pulse is an attempt to push trapped water out of the grille. That is all it does — and the app is careful to say so. No phone has a sensor that can see water inside a speaker, so JustCleaner never claims to detect it and never tells you the water is gone. It plays the tone; you listen and decide. THE CYCLE • Thirty seconds, one tap. Gentle, Standard and Extended. • A 118–205 Hz sweep in pulses, not a continuous drone. The frequency is not arbitrary: a plug of water in a port moves roughly with 1/f², so a higher tone does less, not more. • Vibration in step with the tone, so you can feel the cycle running without watching the screen. • The cycle stops itself if you plug in headphones. The tone only makes sense through the phone's own speaker. TOOLS • Wet device? What to do — what to avoid after a spill, including why rice does not help. • Display check — full-screen colours for stuck pixels. • Sound level — a microphone meter, uncalibrated and labelled as such. • Speaker check — compare two measurements of your own speaker. PRO — a one-time purchase, not a subscription • Dust & Sand Remover — a different band (0.5–2 kHz) aimed at loose particles sitting on the grille. It cannot pull out dust packed into the mesh, and the screen says so. • SOS Beacon — the Morse SOS pattern through the speaker and the camera flash. It signals; it does not call anyone. • Earpiece output — send the tone to the top speaker instead. • Strong vibration — a continuous haptic pattern alongside the tone. • Apple Watch app — run the cycle from your wrist, with no phone nearby. • Start from the Lock Screen, Control Centre or the Action Button. • Alternate app icons. Eighteen languages, with full right-to-left layout for Arabic. JustCleaner cannot detect water, repair liquid damage, or tell you whether your speaker is clear. If a phone has been in salt water or a sugary drink, rinse the outside briefly with fresh water first and consider a service check — a tone will not shift a residue.
