Avoid at all costs
I’ve been paying JustCloud for nearly 10 years now. I can get no support, have no way to download my 40K+ files other than doing it individually. The “help” site is awful and there is no way to get in touch with the company (emails go unanswered). Really terrible.

I have had some pictures stored on JustCloud for years. It was the same price every year and automatically deducted from my account. This year they tried to charge me multiple times and when they could not, they cancelled my account.

Every year they try and bill me again - used it once 8 years ago and have a futile battle with customer service every time if they ever reply. Stay well away!!
Should be ban from App Store
If you have a political opinion the Marxists running Apple don’t like, they ban your app. But if you openly screw buyers over, that’s apparently fine with Apple. This app is an absolute scam. They spam you and call you aggressively. You try to sign up for an account and you are rejected. Be sure not to use your real password. This app has no place on the App Store.

App no longer supported?
The app hasn’t been updated in 3 years and no longer works on my iPhone X. It says that it can’t access my photos and to change the privacy settings for this app but when I try that it doesn’t work. I would have expected updates each time a new iOS comes out but no! I have contacted their support team who have passed it on to the developers but still no resolution after a month or 2. When I backup files from my laptop it tells me files have backed up but I can’t see them again contacted support and again referred to developers but still no answer. In the meantime they have taken my annual subscription over £200. It looks like this app is no longer supported so I will be moving to a new cloud supplier. These guys are very expensive and appear not to be interested in any problems you have. USE AT YOUR PERIL!!!!

Justgarbage
Services are garbage and billing practices are predatory. Quick google search will fill you in. Stunned that AppStore carries this crappy product.
Continues to charge. Despite cancelling 3 years so
I cancelled 3 years ago and they continue to charge me through PayPal. They charge and then a fight for a refund. Now I’m ready to fight because this is ridiculous.

Great until you try to get your files back
I can see the files on the app, but I can't download them. So I tried everything that justcloud had to offer (with the app they provide for backup and restore, on my computer on Firefox, chrome, and edge logged in to their website I actually tried to download them one by one, I tried to use FileZilla and transfer via ftp). I cannot get my files back! They might as well be gone.

Not working
I think that this service is falling apart. I have contacted them several times about not being able to recover photos and I have received emails saying that they have server issues. This had persisted for over a month.
I am now trying to a refund, since the service is not being provided if I can not access the files. My last note to them on 1/24 requesting a refund has not been answered.
I wonder if the company is still even active.

Only good if your files are actually backed up!
The interface is great. The principle is great. It even backs up your Nas and keeps files in the same format, so that the user can understand and select individual files if needed to restore. Great!

My advise to any user of cloud backup, is to drop a file, maybe a sage50 backup and tag it in the file select area of the program.
Let it run the back procedure and go and check if it’s backed up. Sometime it does and sometimes it doesn’t. This won’t matter whilst your testing until the day comes when you really really need to restore it, and hey it never got included.
If you stay with this very poor system I urge you to regularly check if important files ARE ACTUALLY there!

Unless you can confirm all files you sent to upload are actually uploaded and available to download, should the worst happens one day you are in for a great shock.

Missing files
The perfect backup system for me until a few months ago the app wouldn't show 90% of the files that had been backed up. The internet shows the files have been saved but when I'm out and about I sometimes need easy access. I informed Just Cloud in September and again just recently but all I got was, we are currently facing an issue and the development team have been informed.....and have probably got better things to do.

And unlike most backup systems of his price it has a automatic backup scheduler. Good stuff.
Annoying Emails
I keep getting annoying emails from Gabriel,accounts manager, about deleting my files. I keep replying for them to go ahead and delete whatever is there. This has been ongoing for several months! Enough already!
AWFUL SPAMWARE AVOID
Terrible buggy app could never upload my files. I deleted two years ago and these guys ("Gabriel" my account manager) continues to harass me by email and phone. Why would apple let an app like this in their store? I have never left a bad review but these guys are scam artists and you are a fool to download and give them your information.

Absolutely the worst app ever
Doesn't work. Gets confused with something called zipcloud. I paid for a subscription in August and now some other company wants to bill me.
Fortunately this was just supposed to be a redundant backup so I won't lose any files when I nuke the app.

This is a Rain Cloud.....
I have thousands of photos to back up and share. This app asks if I want to back them up. Awesome! However, despite everything I have tried....after only 20 or so uploads, it stops and retries due to some unknown error.
I consider myself computer literate and work with similar apps regularly.
