Training section doesn’t work at all
The skills videos, which will run you $3.99 to unlock in-app, are good. The training section, which is supposed to contain workouts, does not work at all. All the links are dead. You can tap away at your screen all you want, but nothing will open.

I like the app but some of the videos won’t load for me.

Can’t get the app to actually work. Got it opened but couldn’t open any menus or press any buttons on the screen.

There are plenty of features in this app, the only one missing for me to give it 5, would be the simple ability to start a workout and it goes through it with you. If you are alone, you pretty much have to memorize a lot of it before each rest period to find the next few.
A MUST HAVE for #PhysEd Teachers!
I stumbled across this gem looking for apps that would help individualize my instruction for my elementary PE students. My favorite ways to use it are by projecting different skills in slow motion for students to view (since I can’t do all of them with such fluid motion). I also have it installed on my student iPads so they can work on various tricks at their own pace and try new jumps! This is a game changer when it come to teaching jumprope skills! Thank you!
