This is such an annoying app. Between the obscene amount of ads and the fact that it’s damn near impossible to close the ads I feel like throwing my phone, there has been times where I’ve tapped the tiny tiny x over 30 times and it keeps bringing me to download the game or app advertised.

I was all over this app. Nickel and dimes are still money. Even got used to the random ad breaks and was happy enough doing a few of the challenges
BUT. When there started to be voice over ads during the midst of play I drew the line.
A challenge should at least be fair. Getting interrupted in game by some stupid story ad breaks concentration and was making it harder to finish the challenges. So that’s me done.
Shame too as I did not too badly $$wise til that started.

Some of the adverts go on forever with no ending just sitting there. I don’t get a chance to play a game. Every time I press a button an advert comes up and goes on forever so given up.

Not even like 30 seconds you’re just watching an ad you’re not even doing anything you’re just watching ads just can’t even play a game. You’re just watching ads you try to play the game. It’s just an ad.
worst customer service in my life and malfunctioning app
This app WAS great. Yes I was able to cash out and wtv but all of a sudden the coins I earn stopped turning into cash. I tried everything I’ve deleted the app, redownloaded it, contacted them by email and this customer support page, restarted my phone, deleted all the games and redownloaded and literally nothing. I’ve expressed my frustration but I’ve gotten no response I literally got ghosted by them like wtf. You guys have a horrible customer support system and I expected better after being a customer for a whole year. Literally insane and I tried talking to this AI support system where it says that “the team can also help”. Well they’re liars bc no one has helped me. So if you have problems with this app just don’t waste your time reaching out and expecting a response because you will get absolutely nothing.
