Smooth withdrawal
I am really surprised that the withdrawal process went smooth in less than a minute to my PayPal account thank you JustPlay. I am loving this game.
Tracking of progress needs work!
Playing games recently discovered the app doesn’t keep up with scores as much as it used to. The other issue is with video ads just freezing up leaving no other choice than to close the game and reload the game. Other than this it’s a good app to make buss fare.
Love it, but...
This is one of the fastest cashout games I've ever played. I play about 40 min and make €1.50/day. The games are fun, but they crash often, and the AI support chat is unhelpful. I would like a way to contact developers in-app, even if it's just an email address.

Keep crashing when opening
The game always crashes each time I open it even though I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice please fix this issue
I love this game
This used to be the best game out there until they added the audio ads that pop up during your game and it freezes your game then you have to do a hard restart the game has to be restarted as well. Then half of the time it doesn’t count your game as completed in the challenges. This game was perfect until the change. I’m thinking if you don’t fix it I’m deleting it. Please fix as soon as you can.

Frustrating
I love how every single one of my previous reviews simply disappear. Weird.. But the app pays you points when it wants to pay you. There have been SO MANY times that I have played a game for over 5 minutes only to return to the app and find out they didn’t give me a single point. And good luck contacting anyone for ANY kind of help you will eventually need! 🤬 ***update a couple of hours later *** Yep, only pay when they feel like it basically! 👎🤬

I used to get dollars but now I get pennies. It’s not worth my time if wearing my phone battery down. The games are awful. Tons of ads for hours and you won’t even make a dollar. PATHETIC

Too many ads and glitches
I have been on Just Play for a few months. It stared off great. Then the ads quadrupled. I’m talking every few seconds. Every game also glitches now to wear I can’t operate my phone. Unfortunately, I will not continue to use.

Good but the 2x days are placebo
It’s real. I’ve made money and I like the games. But I hate the often “2x days” that in reality make the same amount, if not less. I’d appreciate it if you’d stop trying to use cheap placebo effects.
Update
I deleted my just play app cause it wouldn’t open after I did the update, it was working and I played a few hours and had over 5$ built up and boom there it goes again not opening up!!! I like playing the games but this is very frustrating!!!
Little disappointed
I have been playing the app you have to download a lot of games to win a little extra money which is great I just don’t like how you guys offer us to win extra cash but I’ve entered into most of your tournaments with the highest score and never got paid and when I asked about the 100 dollars prize I never got a response I kept the app to see if they would fix the issue other than that this is a wonderful app a few glitches and pretty decent amount of ads

Not even a minute into the game “Word Kitchen” and it already crashes like I’m confused

This is a real comment and a real person and I never make reviews because there’s so many scammers but I waited a week of game time to see if it was all a joke and no I had one day of where I had to write into support because a game wasn’t working but since then my cash outs have been improving and I’m no longer struggling to feed myself! I cash out 25 daily which leaves me with 100 or more a week and I know how to make this work for me! If they don’t ever change their platform games and payouts they will be number one in my book and thanks for helping me gain my football linebacker physique back because It was a struggle feeding myself, and now I’m up 15 pounds! Just in time for NFL SEASON LOL

Not fair
How am I supposed to unlock the treasure chest when you keep resetting the keys?!!!!!! it claims it doesn’t reset until you open it not true. I’ve been almost there so many times and then it just resets for no reason.

The ad claims that there are no minimum withdrawal and as soon as I downloaded it does as I have to accumulate $40 before I could withdraw. Smh
