UPDATE: Still waiting on my reward
I redeemed a $25 Mastercard reward on September 6. Today is September 17, and I STILL have not received it.
Mistplay says rewards are normally processed within 48 hours and may take up to 96 hours. I am now 11 days past my redemption, so that explanation no longer applies.
I have contacted customer service multiple times. I was told my request was being escalated, but instead of actually resolving the issue, I continue to receive generic responses about processing times.
The frustrating part is that I did receive another $25 reward that I redeemed after this one, so clearly rewards can be processed and delivered. The problem is specifically with my September 6 Mastercard reward.
I used to have no problem getting my Mistplay rewards. Now it feels like getting paid for rewards you’ve already earned requires repeatedly contacting customer service and chasing down your money.

I tried to sign up in vain it’s not working! I tried the two options but it still doesn’t work
Depends on the worth
The app doesn’t give out the rewards so if you were trying out the game for the rewards, it is not worth it to download. If you are on the app for new games it is well worth it.
Card issue
I love this app but when I went to claim my gift card it’s been taking 5 days now instead of the 48-96 hours it says
Horrible site
This site ghosts you after you get multiple rewards. They do not give you credit for games that you play. I do not recommend using this site at all!!
