Several games not showing up
I have had a game that has been several days and it still isn’t verified. I have two games that are pass the 24 hour mark and haven’t registered. These are promoted games on booster that I am not getting credit for and when you go to the help section it has a placeholder for the report a problem link.

Best paying app
After reading other reviews & trying other paying apps I downloaded Mistplay. It’s by far the best app I’ve found.
There’s lots of games to earn points & surveys. Once I reached the level of points needed, I easily exchanged points for vouchers. The vouchers came through really fast - I chose Tescos. I added the voucher into my mobile’s wallet & used it at the till without any issues.
I’m extremely impressed with this app & would highly recommend it.

Be warned, if you don’t get points that you should and reach out, they will not respond to you!

Now I only write reviews when I’m really happy with something, and Mistplay is one of those things. I have tried pretty much every pay to play games app out there and have been put off by the ridiculously low rewards (20p when you reach level 300, no thanks), the requirement to use photo ID for payouts which I don’t trust, lack of tracking, fees, etc….Mistplay is not one of these apps, the rewards are fair, the tracking is instant, no fees for redemption, the gift vouchers are great and the games are brilliant. I initially didn’t want to use Mistplay as I wanted to be able to redeem to PayPal which you can’t do, but with the incredibly positive experience I’ve had I’m more than happy to keep redeeming for Amazon gift cards! Thanks Mistplay!

They don’t pay out (Scam)
Sent emails, tried contacting support, there is no way to get in touch with them. Tried to cash out my rewards after playing for days and they suspended my account. All their replies to the reviews are automated.

The amount of points you need to get a giftcard keeps going up every time you earn more.
Was great but now no games giving points
The app started off great but then stopped letting me be verified after downloading a game. Like other reviews contacted support who said try permissions if not try another game but having the same issue on all games.
Started good currently terrible
When I first downloaded it, it started out pretty good. The games were crediting properly. I’ve used several apps like this and sometimes that is an issue where the games don’t properly credit even if it is your first time downloading the game.
I had no issues with that my first games I wasn’t playing them hard-core, but I was hitting the first goals fine cashed out for a gift card took two days for me to get the gift card so everything went smooth
On several games where it had a specific goals I was hitting those it was crediting just fine and then it also had an additional bonus spend five dollars earned five dollars
I did this on several games and as stated above the normal goals were crediting just fine without issue, but the earned five dollars from spending five dollars did not Credit Me on two games another one I ended up spending $10 before credited me the five dollars. Which is false advertising. I’ve been messaging them about this for over a month and now they finally come back and tell me to resubmit my ticket. I responded to them. They need to just do their job because I already submitted a check and they’re not responding to me.
Meanwhile, another game I was playing simultaneously was crediting just fine
I had two goals left to maximize this one whereas the other games I didn’t play them enough to maximize and complete all goals. I completed the second to last school. I did not Credit and I kept playing because I was already maxing it on the final one and I even spent a few dollars more to complete it and I submitted a ticket about how it all of a sudden stopped crediting me and I completed the final ones so the last two I completed I got an email from them stating that as a courtesy they would credit me for that first one but to stop playing the game and delete it because they can’t guarantee if I keep playing I’ll get credited for it. I responded to them and let them know. I already completed the other goal after that and they have not responded. It has been weeks

Missing points, no help
I’m missing 20,700 points from a goal I completed 2 weeks ago. I’ve sent 2 different tickets with screenshots and screen recordings. I’ve received no response to either ticket. My deadline is coming up. I feel like this app is scamming me out of my time and effort with unfulfilled promises. I don’t recommend Mistplay to anyone because: 1) you don’t get the full rewards for reaching goals, 2) there is no support from the staff to resolve matters, and 3) the game selection is not unique and, in my case, many of the games are ones that I already play or have played in the past.

Absolute scam
I got this app and I got two different gift cards in just a couple weeks. They were $10 gift cards and you may be thinking oh that’s awesome. Guess what they did not work. The first one took the money out of the bank account and the second one that I tried to use on a fresh Amazon guest account did not Work at all do not buy it’s fun getting to complete the milestones and it seems very awesome. A good selection of games but like I said it does not actually work!!!

I love this game! It truly pays out at 25.00 it is an email that is sent to you. I have cashed out already. Don’t waist your time on games that do not pay!!!

They ban your account when you cash out for a gift card and you never get it
Getting rewards
It seems I have to keep track of all the levels I complete and keep having to email support to get my reward points. Since everything is on a timeline, this becomes difficult and I hate chasing my rewards. It happens too many times on this site. Also, it takes awhile to be able to cash out. Some apps you get paid in 5 minutes. This app takes days.

So I had a ton of points and rewards racked up on my android. Well my android died with no hopes of recovery. I downloaded Mistplay on my new iPhone and come to find out; I can’t convert my android points and rewards I racked up to my iPhone completely bogus deleting the app. Do yourself a favor. Don’t ever download this app. It’s absolutely horrible! Would give zero or negative stars if I could.

Verifying sucks
I have downloaded new games and it still says verifying. It’s been weeks and it states up to 24 hours. Would not recommend if you can’t verify and actually do what the app is supposed to do.
