Games rewards start from level 40 plus before tutorials so can’t get half the rewards

I’m very pleased with this app and the games offered. I can quite easily earn Amazon and Walmart $ playing fun games.

Takes WAY too long to get your reward if you want a better app use FiveSurveys or FreeCash this one sucks

I’ve played for months worked hard got enough points for max card tried to cash in but it constantly error out stating need location service on (which I enabled) and no vpn which iPhones don’t have at factory settings which is mine… one why do you need all that it feels invasive like you want to put spyware or mining stuff on my phone but 2 you are just scamming people and not paying out as you promised

They will have you make points just to hold your account and blame it on the terms even if you do abide by them. This app is not cheats people .

I cashed out two days ago and still have not received. Is this a scam???? I have received funds, but it takes two days before cash out. It’s not a scam. Well, maybe a little bit because some of the levels are ridiculous and goes from level 50 to happen to be 100 levels but I’m still playing I’m gonna earn here and there if I can follow in the time.

C’est une bonne application mais il doit avoir un bug je ne trouve aucun jeux. J’ai les même 10 jeux depuis le départ. Je suis aller au état unis et j’avais 100 choix et quand je reviens au Canada plus aucun choix.

Fun but a little suspicious
The games are pretty okay and the milestones are acceptable. I can’t speak on actual payouts because I got banned before I could cash in my 57000 points.
Customer support was easy to get along with but overall not very helpful. I played for 2 or 3 days, and logged in one day a locked account and a link to customer support. They eventually told me that I somehow violated the terms of use.
After pledging my case, my account was unlocked and I was able to use my points. I can not stress this enough, the customer service department is magnificent!

I have loved this app for years but now I can’t cash out my rewards. I am very angry and I wouldn’t recommend this game. I have also reached out to the Mistplay helpline and they haven’t got back to me. It has been four days since I reached out to them.

What’s the point if it doesn’t track your progress?
I downloaded Mistplay because the whole premise is that you earn points for playing games and reaching certain levels, then redeem those points for gift cards. Unfortunately, that only works if Mistplay actually gives you the points you earned.
I’ve downloaded four games through the app. Only ONE of the four has consistently credited me for the levels I’ve reached. On the other three, I’m level 20+, yet Mistplay has only given me credit for like the first two rewards.
I contacted support about one of the games and had to go through them just to get credit for progress I had already completed. When the same problem continued, I was basically told they couldn’t keep manually giving me credit for reaching the required levels and that I should just find another game to play.
Seriously?
If your app advertises rewards for reaching certain levels, but then doesn’t track those levels correctly, and your solution is for the customer to abandon the game and start another one, what exactly is the point?
I’ve spent my time playing these games specifically because Mistplay advertised that I would earn rewards for doing so. Three out of four games failing to properly credit my progress is not a minor glitch. That’s a 75% failure rate based on my experience.
At this point, the app feels like a scam to me. You’re encouraged to keep playing to earn rewards, but when the rewards don’t show up, apparently the solution is just “play something else.” I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time unless you’re perfectly fine with doing the work and possibly never receiving the points you were promised.
