Irritating
I wanted to give 5 stars but I have been trying for days to open Mistplay to see what I’ve earned and over and over it says something went wrong. I and others have sent complaints to support and haven’t heard back and the app is still doing the same thing. I can play any game and not earn anything from it.

I went through a bunch of apps. Seem to like this one best. This one takes about 2-3 days to deposit but it DOES deposit. Game milestones take about 1-5 days to complete depending on your skill level. I made 25$ in 3 days. Could’ve cashed out at 15$ on day 2 but I saved it and let it stack up to the 25. You can either get it on a visa paypal or gift cards like Amazon ect…

I have several issues with this app. It doesn’t work the way it should. Plus they take so long to validate a game so I’m playing but not getting any points.

Not fun
I joined because I was told I can get a gift card in 24 hours, I’ve been playing for a month and I play multiple games and I still never got a gift card so I feel duped
They don’t respond to emails
I recently ran into a problem where it would not allow me to login into my account and I have sent three emails by now and they still haven’t responded.
The payouts are real
I love the app and how I can make money playing games! The payouts however have become inconsistent. I’m not sure if it’s a tracking issue or what but I’ve had multiple games not award points even after I’ve submitted evidence that I’ve completed the proper criteria. After review, a select few points quotas were eventually awarded but it seems like the longer I play the more I don’t receive the reward points I should be getting. It’s not worth the time to have to screen record and send in a request for every stage I complete.

It will take forever to win anything unless you treat it as a job, and even then you might not win a gift card for $10. I do not think it’s worth it. I am playing but getting no where

Customer Service
Was playing like crazy because the rewards are good, then woke up to my account on hold without explanation. Messaged customer service through multiple services and haven't heard from them. Such a shame because I did have gift cards pending now not sure if they're going to scam me out them.
Play forever to earn
I have been playing this game for at least two weeks and still have earned enough for a $25 gift card. Also, if you have an active game, you won’t get any points for it. You have to download new games to earn points.

I’ve been playing this game for a while now never had any complaints up until now I passed a level and haven’t received my points and it’s been well over 24hrs I have screenshots and screenshots recorded my proof. So I need my points to be added to my account ‼️‼️
Need code for 2nd card
I like the games and enjoy the fact I can get gift cards. However, this past Tuesday I ordered 2 Amazon cards and only got a code for 1.
How long to get account?
I’ve been playing for five days, but still not showing registered? App says it might take 24 hours. What gives?
Misleading
Ads are very misleading… Not only is it way harder to accumulate enough to cash out than the ad claim, the games they show are not available in the app…
