Crashing
I have tried numerous times to open JW library app but it keeps crashing.
As I have many notes on my iPad , if I delete and reinstall the app will I lose all of my notes?
I don’t want that to happen so I’m not sure what to do.
Any advice please.

Typing Glitch in Personal Study Notes
I use JW Library daily, and since the latest update I’ve been experiencing an issue in the Personal Study notes section. As I type, the app will suddenly backspace a few characters on its own, or delete and then replace text forward.
This only happens when editing notes inside the Personal Study tab. If I create or edit a note in Publications or the Bible, typing works normally.
I’m using a 2020 M1 MacBook Air (Tahoe 26.5.2).
I rely on this feature every day, so I wanted to share the details in case it helps identify the cause. Thank you for all your hard work on this app — it’s truly appreciated.

My iPad keeps crashing every time I try and open the app.
Indispensable reference work
The level of integration between an amazingly current and well-translated Bible alongside research material is stellar. The quality of research possible with this app is unmatchable. I look forward to seeing media study notes in more and more Bible books. Update, 07/2026: The ability to open multiple windows of the app on iPad is a game changer. Now I can easily look up another reference while adding notes to an article or filling out an answer field. Thank you!
