Somtimes it bugs and it and I can’t launch it and the only way to make it work is by deleting it and redownloading it deleting all my notes overall good app

Love the new notes preview
I love the new notes visibility in the preview pane!! Now I don’t have to make extra copies of notes so they’re visible when I want to stay within a publication! THANK YOU!
FYI: I wish I could filter my notes by tag combos, i.e., “patience” + “convention”. I’ve been applying multiple tags to gems since day 1, hoping filtering would be a future feature. (As a note [no pun intended], some of my tags start with emojis to thematically group them together.)
While I’m here :) would you please consider the ability to sort notes when I go into a tag? I’m going on 8 years of notes here and it takes forever to scroll from 2017 down to present day. I have 16MB worth of notes…

I’m a Christian and I wanted to listen to the bible so my mom told me to install it and this app is great because it has the bible

It’s incredible the wealth of information available in a free app, and it just keeps getting better all the time! I have a request for the new international music feature. Could it say what language it’s in?

Issue With App Freezing
Firstly thank you for such a wonderful research tool for helping us to learn about and worship.
I’ve been having a freezing issue for sometime time now when first opening the App or whatever I select the Library Tab.
Initially I thought that it may have been related to iOS26 (Currently iOS26.6),
However, now I’m thinking that it may have something to do with the fact that I have downloaded everything available for download (videos, audio and publications).
I guess I just want to be prepared for when the authorities may stop from accessing our Website and downloading JW Library content.

Stand Alone Notes
It seems that I cannot open my standalone notes on my laptop, in order to edit the note. If it is connected to a publication or Bible verse, I can go to there and edit it. But not the stand alone notes.

It's soooo great! I'm able to learn about Jehovah l, feel connected, and there are a bunch of. Bible principles that are super helpful no matter what!
Crashing
Since that last update I can’t open the app and when I do, it will crash and not state at all.

Older Devices
This application is excellent, but could be improved: There are millions of older iPhones and iPads around which would work fine as low cost devices if older versions of JW Library remained available on the App Store.
For example, this device runs iOS 8 and has a copy of the Library on it, which has become corrupted, and needs reinstalling. It would be fine if that could be done. Otherwise, it's nothing more than e-waste.
Can the developers please think about older devices, and return them to usability? Thanks.

Love this app but age limit?
Love the app for studying and sharing with others in service. Recently age limit was changed to 13+. Can we lower it so that my young sons can use them on their age restricted phones?
Highlighting not working properly on M1 Mac app.
Can’t highlight whatever text I select like it used to be.
Bottom Menu (Home, Bible, Library, Meetings, Personal Study) disappears from time to time.

Crashing
My iPad keeps crashing every time I try and open the app.
I tried everything to open the JW library app even looking on UTUBE for help .
Tried the suggestions given but sadly to no avail.
Sad to say I had to delete the app and reinstall it
It now works but I have lost 7 years of notes of conventions and assembly’s plus other notes.
So disappointed.
