Fraud
A lot of fake profile asking for help and money. The moment you as fir customer service they never ever respond.
Waste of money
It is simply a very poorly designed platform in every way. Difficult to delete people you are no longer interested in, impossible to get someone to respond to a question without sending you a dozen articles that might answer your question, and don't bother with the Basic membership because you can't reply to anyone without upgrading to Premium. If you're more religious try Saw You at Sinai, less religious, JDate.

Great improvements to app
Used Jwed for some time. Both website and app. Have found great improvements in their app and profiles are detailed unlike many others. Easy to use.
Not working
After almost 15 minutes of setting up a new account, it tells me I reached my daily limit. I couldn’t even see one profile.
Waste of Time
The app never worked. I could not set filters. I received no feedback back from the app. All it did was take my money. Don’t waste your time.
If i can give -10 i would
I don't think there's a worse app in the whole apple store.

No App Support
Most of the time I couldn't log on to the App! No App Support! Then once I finally get on the App , I find out; No one lives near anyone else. This is a difficult app to use, and difficult app to meet anyone on. No one really wants to meet and no one is actually available.
Probably the worst app
Even if you pay you get nothing.
Waste of money waste of time.
And yes i wish the author sees this and reaches out so i can tell him everything that’s wrong with his system

FRAUD!!!! ZERO STARS!!!
don't fall victim to this scam! there's no customer service at all and the platform doesn't work so you can't text or communicate with anyone you might be interested in and the girls using the platform are not interested in dating. They have been there for years and they may grow older but their pictures don't seem to age at all. But it doesn't make a difference since almost no one responds to a chat request. But seriously, I have seen girls in their 60s put profile pictures of themselves 20 years younger.

Disgrace
I have not been able to cancel my account, they keep charging me, and they don’t reply to emails.
The APP suddenly shuts down
The app suddenly and repeatedly shuts down “for maintenance” and it’s really annoying. It normally does this when you search one or two profiles. You have to keep logging in and starting the search all over again. The font is also too small and blur.
Don’t even bother
By far the worst app.

Negative stars
Can’t figure out how to give a minus 5
Unable to open app; then unable to register profile
Couldn’t open app, then when I opened it the app now will not go through the process of creating my profile. All this very bad programming for a very overpriced app.
Under Review
My profile has been under review for the past days now since i created my account it hasn’t been approved, or do i need to pay before my pictures will be approved?

Terrible service!
I PAID for subscription and a couple of hours after that they blocked my profile saying that’s because I need to provide my legal name and phone number. There’s no way that I can do that on the app,NO ONE contacted me back after I sent them a bunch of messages and yes I just feel like they stoled my money! I paid for something that I was blocked to use !

Not user friendly
It took the admins two weeks to approve me. Now I’m stuck in edit profile mode for a week not knowing what needs to be edited. There’s no way to find out and no contact information. 🤷♀️
