it doesn’t let me make an account

so i just got this app earlier and im scrolling and i found something i like and am interested in buying so i click save/add to cart, next thing you know asks me to log in and i dont have account so i click join to make an account and it keeps making me trying to log in but i dont have an account and i tried putting my email and stuff like it says but it still doesn’t let me sign in or anything

Overall nice

It’s a pretty great app, you can get merch from your favorite groups and idols, just a bit glitchy is all! Other than that it’s really nice and shopping on it is easy.

Issues and Shipping.

Personally, this is the fourth/fifth time I’ve had to re-download the app from how incredibly laggy it is. It takes forever to load and most of the time won’t let me select to artist I want to select.
Shipping! I personally do not buy the stuff I want to (my mom does) but every time we go to checkout it is INCREDIBLY expensive, sometimes shipping for me is $30-$50, it wouldn’t be that expensive by itself but with how the prices are on the app it comes out to A LOT which is a little disappointing since I am a minor lol who uses birthday money to buy stuff.

Disappointment

I am from another country but I am coming to live in the USA and I wanted to use my ID from my country for some reason they don't allow it. I think it is a terrible service and I am racist.

Need restock!

Very good app for buying merch of your favorite JYP groups! I know there very popular but we need restocks for the mini skzoo baby ver I wanted to buy one but every time I think they get a restock there still sold out!

Allbums

Pricing isn’t bad and overall good pricing, but i physically can’t even purchase items I made and account and every time I open the app I have to login and re-put in all of my info. Not to mention the app won’t even let me purchase items to always bugs and reloads, I tried to buy an allbum 4 times and honestly don’t know if I’ll be charged, the app bugs to much and doesn’t end up working.

The order was $44 but $64 disappeared

I bought a hanquokka which was $20 plus shipment $24,30 but when I paid my banking account said I spent $64,30. Why and how to I get $20 back

This app is awesome

I love the bands in JYP Entertainment, and the app is great, but I do wish it loaded faster and the shipping price was lower. I know that shipping from Korea to the US costs a lot, but I think $20 dollars for international shipping would be better on the app. And I do wish all the versions in the ROCK-STAR album had a spine because they don’t feel as sturdy, but I can live with the albums not having a spine. Overall the app is great and I really don’t get why people give the app a bad rating

Shipping ☹️

It’s a really great app to buy official merch and albums from, it’s just the shipping price. I wish there was a choice to pick how it gets shipped like other websites because I bought the new skz ver 2 and it was originally like $52 but with shipping it was $115 and when I was going to get skz pilot fanmeet merch it seemed like it was charging shipping for each item individually

Shipping costs

As much as I love the bands from jyp, I cannot buy any albums or merch from here because the shipping is around $37 per album. I understand that it is because it would have to be shipped all the way to America, but I wish there was an alternative for American shipping. But the app itself it set up well, and mostly easy to use. Hoping that something is figured out in the future!
