Yikes
Just moved from Handelsbanken to Jyske. The experience is not great to say the least. The UI is not horrible but for some reason they chose very thin hard to read fonts as opposed to the old Handelsbanken App. The app seems not very robust and crashes once or twice a day, or simply comes up with a screen saying something went wrong - I assume on the backend. The backend also seems slow and will lag - also on Web version. On the positive side they matched look and feel between web and app to be identically poor. Also for some reason on line items they have text preface per transaction - like MCD, MC per line item denoting the card type, which then means that the core text showing a transaction is so short its hard to make out who the shop/seller/transaction partner is - which is the core functionality on a online bank app. The Betalings Service section showing payments done per “aftale” is good - very clever. Running modern IOS on modern hardware.

The app can’t be used at night time!?
In the most ridiculous user experience I have ever seen. If you try to open the app at night you will get a message saying “the bank is closed” and they will not even let you see your account info or check your balance.

Via min allerede eksisterende mobilbank-app på iPad blev jeg opfordret til at opdatere, da den (åbenbart) var forældet.
Opdateringen virker dog overhovedet ikke på iPad, da den åbenlyst er lavet udelukkende til mobil telefoner.

Hej Leon, jeg kan sige så meget at den ny mobilbank snart kommer til at fungere bedre på Ipad, men desværre ikke præcist hvornår. Der har rigtigt nok været fokus på mobil-format. Tak for tålmodigheden. Venlig hilsen Mette
