One star was too much
Yes you can with considerable pain fill out the forms. But it doesn’t like gmail accounts, doesn’t like my email and we were forced to use aol . I think I ended up having to login about 10 times to use the app and it’s so stupid if you have a party of three you have to fill out every single piece of the form over and over and over again I know Max is here. It was so painful. I wouldn’t wanna go to Korea. I didn’t already book the trip.

Terrible app ever used
관계자분들 보시기 쉽게 한국어로 적습니다. 전세계 한국 방문자들이 심지어 방문 전부터 이런 어플/웹사이트를 거쳐야 한다는 것이 정말 부끄럽네요. 일개 온라인 쇼핑몰에서도 이렇게 형편없는 시스템은 본 적이 없습니다. 이틀째 시도하고 있지만 아직 eta를 완료조차 못했기 때문에 전체적인 문제점을 다 논할 수는 없지만 첫반째 관문인 인증번호입력이 이렇게 어려울 일입니까? 5분안에 입력을 해야하는데 메일이 오지를 않습니다. 가까스로 다음단계로 넘어갔는데 그 후에 어떤 정보 입력이 적합하지 않았는지 모르겠지만 다음 단계로 넘어가지도 않고 어떤 정보를 수정해야 하는지 안내도 되지 않아 도대체 뭘 어떻게 하라는 건지 모르겠네요. 다시 시도하려는데 또 인증번호 메일이 안와서 수번째 재전송 시도중에 너무 화가나서 리뷰 남깁니다. 국민들 세금 똑바로 쓰세요. 한국방문 첫이미지가 이렇다니 부끄러운 줄 아십시오. It is truly embarrassing that visitors from all over the world are required to go through an app/website like this even before visiting Korea. I have never seen such a poorly designed system, not even from a small online shopping site. I have been trying for two days and still have not even been able to complete the ETA process, so I cannot comment on every issue yet. However, is it really supposed to be this difficult just to enter a verification code? The code must be entered within five minutes, yet the email never arrives. I somehow managed to get past the next step, but after that, I could not proceed any further. I have no idea which information was entered incorrectly because there was absolutely no guidance on what needed to be fixed. I genuinely do not know what I am supposed to do. When I tried again, the verification email still would not arrive, and after repeatedly requesting the code several times, I became so frustrated that I decided to leave this review. Please use taxpayers’ money properly. It is shameful that this is the first impression visitors get of Korea

Simply doesnt work
Terrible app asks to scan your passport, fails, alliws you to enter the info instead, and then refuses to proceed. ANGRY ABOUT THE TIME I WASTED TRYING TO USE THIS WORTHLESS APP!
Silly email restrictions, not native
This app appears to just be a web view displaying the website, so I’m still unable to register because it doesn’t like the domain of any of my emails.

Takes half an hour to get to the next step. Still waiting for a confirmation code.
Not sure why the low rating
Works just fine. The app allows for the picture to be uploaded via phone vs the website you have to have a pdf or something of your passport.
Absolutely useless
This app makes no sense. Tried almost 100 times to submit the photos and it was unsuccessful. Use desktop /computer to submit application instead in the end.

Sending the verification code is very slow. Sign up many times, but it freezes unsuccessfully.

チップまで読み込みできだけど
チップまで読み込みできましたが、その後同意するからが進みません。会員〜のボタンがタップできません。そしてパスワードが違うとはねられ…初めからやり直しても決済までいかず、また会員にもなれず、何度も何度もパスポート情報を入れてチップ読み込ませて…とずっとやってます。数週間前に別の国のをやりましたけど、簡単でしたよ。本当どうしたらよいかわかりません。
Buggy app
Apply processes stop at multiple points. After I key in all the details and press sign up button (irresponsive and stuck). After I key in details and press eng button on the address, it turns into blank again. What a waste of time spending hours on those buggy applying experience.
