Horrible app experience
They advertised a new customer coupon only to not allow me to use it at checkout. Another coupon to turn on push notifications only to not give that either. Finally when I gave up on getting the coupons to work, I couldn’t even check out. Tried on the app, on desktop Google Chrome and on desktop microsoft edge. All three came to be not working. Worst user experience I’ve ever had in an app

“앱다운 고객님들께만 드리는 혜택” 모달이 “비회원 로그인”을 막고 다른 기능으로도 가지 못하게 먹통으로 만들어요.

まともに動作確認ができていないアプリです
まずキーボード入力に不具合がある。1回タップで2回入力される。ストレス
また別会社で予約したチケットをこのアプリで参照してパスポート情報を入力してもマイページの予定に登録されず、毎度予定無しとでるので飛行機に搭乗できるか不安です。大切なことなのになにもできないアプリです。

Why is name change so hard?
I’ve never experienced changing my name on a ticket or an account to be so tedious. My name hasn’t changed either.
When creating my account it requested only first and last name, no ability in the first name line to put a space for a middle name. I wanted to lock in my booking so I didn’t think much about it. Then when I worked on booking the ticket it requested first, middle, and last as shown on passport. I tried to edit it to include my middle name but the app would only use my name from my account sign up. I booked the ticket and now have to work with customer service to request a formal name change.
Very strange, after booking flights to and from so many countries globally this one is a first. It shouldn’t have to be so difficult…
