Poor app and WiFi connectivity
Agree with many of the reviews here after using the system now for almost 1 year. The controller itself is a good controller. Unfortunately though the iPhone app and connectivity is horrible. Sometimes the app loads, sometimes it does not. When it does load, I get the ‘Syncing’ message and it’s 50/50 whether that will end with Online or not. And even if it does, it takes 5 minutes or more sometimes to Sync. Imagine an app where you wanted to turn on a light and everytime it took 5 mins for that app to sync before you could. You never use it. Come on Krain. Surely you can do better.

Can’t even create an account
Downloaded the app to iPhone. Every time i try to create an account there’s a server error. Saying it’s MY server. Horrible app.
Terrible app!
Over the years, I have used many applications. This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used. It is not intuitive, it is not user-friendly. I finally got to the point where I stopped using the app entirely and just manually set up my irrigation system. The hub took forever to hook up to my Wi-Fi, which is one of the highest rated and fastest Wi-Fi systems available. The hub continues to disconnect from the Wi-Fi about every four or five months requiring an entire reset. The system itself is not bad, but the application and the Wi-Fi interface are the worst I have ever seen in any device! I do not know why they have not addressed these issues. I would not recommend getting this system until they fix it.

App is ok but needs work
This app is not extremely user friendly. Doesn’t always connect, and crashes a lot. Often times I need to change things multiple times for them to actually work or I give up and go to the controller. Needs a lot of overhaul.
No internet access, no response on support
App is telling me that it’s not connected to the internet but Wi-Fi and cellular are on. No one responding to my issue. Can’t even create an ID. Developers need to fix this.
