About

K Tempo is a restrained pelvic floor (Kegel) training tool: train to the rhythm you set, and check the effect with real metrics. Why it is different · Fully customizable parameters — contract/relax seconds, reps, rest between sets. Follow evidence-based protocols instead of fixed levels · Haptic and sound guidance — strong pulse to contract, light pulse to relax. Keep the rhythm without looking at the screen · Runs in the background — leave the app or lock the screen and the session continues; the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen show the current phase · Position dimension — lying, sitting, standing, moving. Track the path of progression that matters · Training plans and progression suggestions — one template and one position per week; the rules are visible and nothing is changed automatically · Self-defined metric tracking — define the metrics you actually care about and watch the real trend over 8–12 weeks, not streak counts · Training heatmap and overlay charts — see at a glance whether you trained, and put training load and your metrics on the same chart Privacy No account, no server, no data collection. Everything stays on your device by default; optional iCloud sync keeps data only in your own private iCloud database. K Tempo is a training log. It is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation.
