Step counting
Poor. I have accumulated steps but then system does not reflect actual steps in the (weekly or daily) step count on prior days. Watch is working great but ever since 2 updates prior—the program does not operate correctly. Several messages have been sent to help but no responses
Kosher misfit
An impossibility to pair. iPhone easily recognizes all blue tooth devices..but this is a total failure.
69 dollars
Ya get what you pay for. It works but there are some things it doesn’t do well. Sleep and stress levels don’t register all the time. Looks good and goes beyond its price tag. I’m happy for 69 dollars.

App keeps timing out
App keeps saying times out. I’ve reinstalled, restarted. Deleted the app everything. It’s not working with my phone anymore. I like the watch but the app stinks. Please help. I have to use Apexmove app which doesn’t give me what I want from the KOSPET app.
Do not use this app to update your watch!
I want to use my T3 ultra this morning to ride my spin bike and got a notification the app… I thought it would be a simple update, but what it did factory settings! All of my records, alarms, contacts restored back to Settings😡 this is completeBS
The Tank 3Ultra has its ups and downs.
I like the style of the watch, you'd be hard pressed to find a watch with more screens to choose from. In general, it has probably too many options, bells, and whistles to function with precision. It always knocks off an hour or more of my sleep when the night sleep report comes up. It syncs really slowly. Every so often it doesn't recognize I slept at all. This watch was not cheap either, it was a $250 watch. All in all I'm enjoying it but if it declines at some point I'll replace it with a watch that performs digitally and mechanically at a super high-level. I thought that's what I was getting with the price.

Everything works almost
The watch has a lot of features and all work except one. I can’t get text to come through. I’ve read directions many times, my wife is a computer nerd she can’t figure it out. Great watch for the money.

Are you no longer developing this app? It has many synchronization and stability issues. I can’t even set up the correct display of activity rings on my Tank X1. Sleep phases don’t sync to Apple Health. The connection with the fitness band constantly drops. Also, where did the Telegram notifications go?
Please help improve this app, or add Tank X1 support to the new APEXMOVE app. It doesn’t look good to abandon your long-time KOSPET users.

Agree with John O.
App disconnects too often from watch and requires me to reset watch to reconnect and sync all data. If not gets stuck in sync when pulled down to initiate, and never updates all info—-again until I then go to watch to reset. This is poor performance and requires too much recovery intervention. Really lacks in these areas. I also cannot count on the notifications for messages or phone calls; I’d say it works about 30% of the time. The night mode never stays set and always reverts to day mode even if I never close the app. Lastly another big one…no carryover legacy data. If I don’t sync at night every day, all data is lost for that day on the next day. This should log and accumulate for at least three days else it’s lost and health tracking is way less than accurate.

Watch face gallery
Annoyingly I changed a watch face to a couple of others and then eventually tied to download the first ones I liked. It was then that I realised the KOSPET app had removed the faces I liked from its web page gallery, replacing them with new faces that don’t appeal.
It’s a shame the gallery isn’t in full on the KOSPET webpage.
It’s a great watch though. I wish my iPhone 14 Pro Max was just as reliable.

No siri , always need to manually start
siri do not working , and to sync it can not do on background, need to restart every time

Love the watch but for the last month or so it keeps dropping the blue tooth connection. I have to keep re-syncing the connection.

Data not transferring between Apple health app and Kospet fit..
Had this watch and app for awhile now and it still hasn’t been updated to fix data issues between Apple health app and Kospet fit app. I would suggest you fire the whole IT staff and hire people who can get this done
