Sudah beli tiket kereta ternyata pesawat di reschedule. Mau refund atau reschedule tiket kereta bandara ngga bs terus. Eror, pdhal ada pilihan refund tp eror terus. Minimal kalau ngga mau refund, boleh reschedule. Sekelas perusahaan kereta bandara kok seneng bisa nilep uang 20rb. Cape deh.
