Better than the Lorex apps

This app works with more cameras as far as being able to extract to MP4 from the downloaded files section of IP cams that use either VBR Super H264/H265. I did have one question. Who can I contact in regards of camera extraction compatibility? I have a set of IP cameras model LNB9232S that are 4k30 but when I enable either super h264/5 or VBR it doesn’t let me save to the IOS camera roll in the app? Who can I contact to have this patched in the app so that VBR and super can be saved to the camera roll?
