App is not working correctly
The program works very poorly, the video does not load into the phone, the video in the program does not turn on while driving. It has only been hanging on the glass for 2 years and I have not watched it work for more years, and now I tried to watch it, but it does not show.

After the last update the live view isn’t working any longer and beside this it takes forever to load up and play a recorded video clip.
I waisted my money on the dashboard camera that it’s supposed by this amateurish app.

Bad app
App started out by constantly connecting and unconnecting and drained my car battery. Now it won’t connect at all. Definitely not reliable

Live view on my IPhone has stop working
APP DOES NOT WORK
I bought a camera off Amazon that needs this app to connect and it will connect to the app but when I try to view the recorded information it kicks me out of the app. Tried redownloading it and it still does the same thing.

So I had this professionally installed but the WiFi is not broadcasting and I’ve reached out on the app 4 TIMES NOW with not even a response!!

App crashes latest update when trying to view videos. Previous version did not do this
Was bad, became even worst
It was awful before: bad UI, bad optimization. Now it became even worse after the update. Lags, freezes, unexpected quit when you try to watch saved video. Let alone these intrusive attempts to get your personal information. Awful. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

Made less usable over time
Maybe it's a difference in design philosophy– but I don't need a companion driving app, I need an app to browse and download my dashcam footage, and at some point in the last several months, the clipping feature that made that a breeze disappeared... This change makes it far more difficult for me to use and rely on Kacam to access my dashcam footage. Disappointed and frustrated; may as well take the SD out of my cam and use it with my computer.

What a garbage
Gets the job done
As other people have stated the app can be confusing but after playing around with it for 15 minutes I’m pretty decent at navigating through it. Could the app be better? Yes. At the same time, I’m not going through the recordings daily and will only need it in case of an accident. I know how to get to the videos if needed and can easily download it to my photos. Bought my wife one as well. Overall happy with the product.

Useless app
As noted by other reviews, stock photo with no live stream. Extremely glitchy. Might as well not have an app all.
