This app won’t allow me to register. It keeps saying it can’t send me a confirmation code.

OK, so basically when I’m trying to sign up for the app, it says sign up with email OK cool so I put the email and I put my phone number in and I put a password in and it’s telling me that the password is incorrect which it wasn’t the password was 8826 and they send the the code was incorrect. This call was to verify my phone number.

PENDING FOR MONTHS WITH NO ADMIN SUPPORT
I applied to be a tutor MONTHS ago thinking this would be a good way to make some extra money and help students. I followed all the steps but the status of my account has been pending for so many months even though it says that I would know in “the next few days.” I tried contacting admin support multiple times and I NEVER heard anything from them. I think this is a complete scam and they’re just trying to get your money from you. If it’s not please respond to people asking for help.

Why are we charging so much for tutor fees now? It used to be around $10 fee for $100 of work, now your taking $15 on $50 of work. That’s insane!
Amazing tutor app
I used the app for SAT studding with my friend and this is the best tutoring app I ever used since they tutoring is live and they explain it to you step by step on what you’re struggling, I would recommend this app for anyone needing help with any subject. Various options for help, 5 star app.
Disappointing
I downloaded this app to become a tutor. It was going great, I loved making my own hours and choosing what I can help with. However, a year into the app and my account was suspended for a stupid reason. I appealed my banned account and never heard a word from anyone. I’ve been trying several times over the past two years to get my account back and nobody will reach out to me.
I started using the app again as a student and could NEVER find a tutor willing or available to help. It seems like they need tutors but won’t reach back out to anyone. (based off comments and posts I’ve seen, I’m not alone in this.) Don’t waste your time as a student or tutor with this app. The “costumer service” is terrible and you’ll never hear from anyone. I’m not even sure if anyone runs this app.

No answer from Kadama
I’ve waited over 4 weeks for acceptance into Kadama.. I have more than enough years of experience to get through? I passed all the exams they gave out to evaluate my levels.. and still weeks later 0 response from Kadama and 0 response from support on email AND text message.

Terrible customer service is not there and they banned my tutor account after 4 years. Been trying to contact for 2 years now clowns
Kadama best tutor app ever.
Kadama has helped me and few of my other friends to learn more about certain topics we haven’t learned about. Amazing tutors I highly recommend this app for people that need help in certain topic.
Students scamming tutors and do not pay
I worked for 48 hours straight with a student. After we finished the student ghosted me and I wasn’t paid. I contacted the Kadma but they are refusing to respond.
DONT USE
The money back guarantee is a lie, even if you follow it to a T. Don’t use this app. Listen to the bad reviews.
Hit or miss
this app has tons of tutors that are frauds, don’t get me wrong that are some actual good ones but i’ve gotten more bad than good, i’ve gotten scammed out of over 400 dollars dealing with bad tutors. they really should do a better background check on who they let become tutors. they claim money back guaranteed but I have yet to receive an email back or a refund. you can test your luck.

This is a great marketplace for students and tutors to come together and help with a quid pro quo of studying, homework help, and extracurriculars!
No response from support
I’ve been waiting for my tutor account to be approved for over a month now with no response from support with any given means of communication. I continuously receive notifications of students needing help but am unable to respond or initiate due to not being approved.
SCAM: Severe Lack of Admin Help
I was a tutor on this app, but there is no help from these people. Kadama used to take 15% commission from every assignment they do. Now it’s double the commission at 30% with no explanation as to why. That, with my taxes, made half of what I charged being what I could actually save/spend.
On top of that, I paid $35 for a verification on my account to be able to attract more clients. However, even after months, it says “pending verification.” I’ve contacted them about these issues multiple times, and they never respond. That’s why I quit this app. I should’ve just done some under the table deals via venmo, even if that’s against their policy, which also states that we can contact admin for issues. Clearly they violate that.
These people should be ashamed of riding the fame and the money. They don’t understand how much work is put in to get paid, only for half of it to go to other people. I know taxation is also similar in that sense, but this company changes rules faster than a kid asking you to think a number they’re thinking of.

Horrible support services
I tutored on this app for several months and got several five star ratings. When I tried to tutor again, and had to pass a quiz, the app kept glitching and wouldn’t let me complete it. I contacted Support multiple times and never received a response. Absolutely terrible support team and seems like a very scammy foundation once I looked into it-tutors beware.
