Get ready for log outs. Every once in a while (especially when you need access to your account) you won’t be able to log in. We had to wait a week before we even had a response. No log in on website or app. KaiPerm app and banking system is just like to kaisers executives. Crooked!
Horrible
The app is horrible. The app is very clunky and very limited. Can’t even do mobile deposits and for a bank that has 1 location with limited hours it makes it extremely frustrating to deal with.
Budgeting tools
I would like it if they either allowed you to sync your account with free budgeting apps that automatically track your spending, or if the in app finance tracking tool worked better and more easily. As of now I manually budget but an app tracking my finances would make it easier.
Transferring funds between account

Frequent errors and no mobile deposits
Online banking app without mobile deposits? Are you kidding me? They must be the only bank around that does not offer this standard banking app feature these days. Other small credit unions offer mobile deposits on their app.
To make matters worse the app says “try again later” at least every other time I try to use it.
Worst banking app I have ever tried. I did use it for 12 months hoping things might improve but unfortunately it did not.

Hard to use!
Not very reliable, I had to log in three different times! It kept logging me off!
Unable to do mobile deposit
I have had this app for over a year. I can see in the App Store that you are able to do a mobile deposit but on my all there is no deposit section. I have the app updated as well so I don’t know why it doesn’t show up on mine.

Great credit union. Takes care of their members.

When this app is not crashing, it’s so non-intuitive that it’s almost useless.

Awful, annoying and useless
This app barely works. You guys need to up your game in the tech world. I set up the one touch sign in and it asks for my thumbprint and then freezes and then the app closes. I end up having to open a browser to log in. The online browser platform is also pretty weak. Not a fan of either. Needs LOTS of work.
