An Embarrassment for Kajabi
Considering Kajabi is supposed to be a foundation to creators, this app is the most useless and infuriating tool I’ve ever used. Crashes constantly, the way it displays information doesn’t provide any value and I can’t make updates to my courses or communicate with my customers. Push notifications come up many hours after the event. What this app tells me is that you don’t care about the success of your members.

This app is a big let down. Doesn’t have any features, and transactions that were made don’t even show up on the notification tab. Better use the browser and look there.

Kajabi was good once, back in the day. Now, it’s garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. You’ll just end up regretting it.
So glitchy
Not only are the notifications on this app extremely delayed by DAYS but anytime you refresh ANYTHING the app crashes. Basic information but honestly useless.

Always signs out, the most buggy app I’ve experienced. Save your money, use a different platform to host your community, course, etc. Kajabi is the only company with like 4 different apps to manage your course community business. Very outdated

Crashes when you try to update
This has been great to get basic 30 day revenue numbers and notifications on purchases/opt-ins from my business. But when I try to refresh, always crashes. Surprised Kajabi has not fixed this
Barely works. They dont care.
Everytime you try to refresh it crashes. The only to refresh the page is to kill the app and restart it. It says face ID but it does not work at all. It takes you to browser and you have to input credentials 2 times. This issues been around for over 6 months and there has not been any updates to the app at all during this time. They couldn’t care less about their apps.

The app doesn’t work
It constantly shuts down and I don’t get any notifications which is frustrating when you are running a business to not be notified of a sale
Dysfunctional
It often reports inaccurate data that doesn’t align with my Kajabi dashboard on desktop. It frequently crashes and quits when I’m trying to load transactions. I can’t do very much or see very much on it. Notifications of sales are delayed and come randomly or not at all. I’ve stopped using the app because it’s just frustrating and inaccurate.

The app is constantly crashing and needs an update asap. It’s not even usable can you guys at least fix the crashes?
Crashes Every Time, Borderline Worthless
This is one of the worst, least stable apps I have ever used in the modern era. Anytime I try to refresh the notifications in the app, it crashes every single time. The only thing it is good for is getting notifications through. The app itself is useless. Why did they allow you to create a course module from the app? No one is going to use this feature on mobile. Yet all the features we would want are unstable or missing.

Very limited app and notification errors
I was excited to know that there was a creator app from Kajabi but when using this I felt let down because of its serious limited abilities. The only thing I can do is check sales and find someone on my email list (and add a lesson to a course but usually that’s not what people would do on mobile anyways). That’s it; no checking emails that were sent, no creating emails, no checking or updating any products and offers… I really am not sure what this app is for, because I can get notifications of sales through email. And for any email or product /offer stuff, I have to go to chrome or another mobile browser (which is very difficult to navigate because kajabi site is not mobile browser friendly) if I need to do anything on the go and don’t have access to desktop.
And the thing with notifications is that it erroneously counts 1 subscription as 2 sales.
Don’t know why but it only does it for subscription sales.
Also it counts free products as sales too; at least if I could tell that it’s a free product sale in the notifications it would be more helpful and accurate.
As of now, it feels like it’s too early to use this app. I hope more features will become available in time.

Keeps Crashing
It’s great when it works. Unfortunately it doesn’t work often. Continues to crash repetitively. Someone please fix these bugs/issues

Can’t sign in because I signed up with Google so… yeah.

Buggy, unpredictable and limited functionality. It doesn’t seem to have been intentionally designed at all.
I don’t feel supported
Here’s the thing. I just spent $2600 Canadian dollars on a subscription and I have been going back and forth with support about a problem. Instead of reading the chat/email history between me and previous support team members every single time I keep getting the same answer and they aren’t helping me with the problem that I actually have.
So my honest feedback is they have training videos to help creators but be prepared to figure it all out on your own. I tried booking a zoom call for support as well but no immediate help. I won’t get an actual time slot until 2 weeks out. For me that means missed sales and I’m just disappointed because when I was on a trial period I was promised great support but my experience is not of that.
