Could you make the maximum of the triangle group 300 sides for iOS 15

Alas a hyperbolic polygon with 300 sides would fill almost the whole disk that KaleidoTile draws (the Poincaré disk model of the hyperbolic plane), so you could never really see the whole thing at once.
