Hello ~LuckyLaurel~, and thank you for your honest feedback — and apologies for replying so long after you wrote it. We'd like to clear up the confusion: Kalimba has always had free content — free melodies and free kalimba settings are available without any subscription. When a purchase screen appears, you can simply tap "continue with limited version" to keep using the app for free. We never lock the whole app behind a subscription. That said, we've heard you. Version 5.0, released just recently, is a complete redesign of the app — a new engine and a new interface — and we've made the free experience clearer and more welcoming, so you can properly explore what's inside before deciding on anything.
