About

Snap your meal and see the calories and macros in seconds. Then fix the two things every photo scanner gets wrong — the oil and the portion. Typing a meal in is always free. WHY OTHER TRACKERS COME IN LOW A photo shows the food. It does not show the oil in the pan or the butter stirred in at the end, and it cannot tell a small plate from a large one. That is why a 900-calorie meal so often gets logged as 400. Kaloro tells you what it assumed — "1 plate, about 400 g, normal oil" — and gives you two taps to correct it: • Cooking — light, normal, or generous oil • Portion — small, normal, or large The number updates as you tap. An estimate whose assumptions are visible can be fixed. A bare number can only be wrong. WHAT ELSE IS IN IT • Daily calorie and macro targets from your own height, weight, age and activity • A home screen ring showing exactly what you have left today • Repeat — log yesterday's breakfast again with one tap, instead of re-shooting it every morning • Weekly report: your average, your busiest day, what you eat most • A widget with today's remaining calories, no need to open the app • Pick a photo from your library, or try the chips on a sample plate first HOME COOKING, ACTUALLY RECOGNISED Most scanners are trained on restaurant plates and packaged food. Kaloro knows home cooking — including Turkish dishes, which generic models routinely misread and undercount. BUILT WITH SOME RESTRAINT Kaloro will not set a target below 1,200 kcal for women or 1,500 for men, will not plan faster than 0.75 kg a week, and will not accept a goal weight under a healthy BMI. Those are limits, not suggestions. YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS Meal photos are analysed and discarded. They are never stored on our servers. The photo lives on your phone and nowhere else. Kaloro is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or a dietitian before changing how you eat, especially if you have a health condition. Logging a meal by hand — name and calories, macros if you like — is free and unlimited. Your first three days include one free photo scan a day; Kaloro Pro unlocks unlimited scanning. — SUBSCRIPTION & LEGAL — Kaloro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available weekly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings.
