Unable to cancel trial
Subscription never showed on my phone subscriptions page. The FAQ said if this happens (must happen often to be on FAQ)to email. No response to any of my emails and charged me. Emailed 2 days into trial. Have had to raise a dispute with CC company
No ability to cancel
I signed up on the 7 day free trial and tried to cancel before they took payment, however, there is no where in the app to cancel and it doesn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions. I emailed KAMA nearly a week ago, but have still not had a reply and now the payment has been taken from my bank.

This app has tons of practices, great teachers, and I love that it’s backed by research.

I appreciate the app and how it’s teaching me but what makes me uncomfortable is the men in it. It just makes me feel weird and I don’t like it.
Great Content. App Crashes A Lot
The app has A LOT of cool and interesting content. Really hard to use though as the app closes itself every five minutes. Honestly, the amount of my time spent reopening the app to just get to the next topic/video it is a testament to quality of content.

The app always crashed when going on modules or chapters. Very disappointed to wanted to pay money for an app i can’t use.

App has potential but not worth it for me
Edit: apparently this depends on the course. I decided to start another course and this one actually is information and provides correct answers on polls/questions. I’ll raise my rating to 4-stars and I still don’t think it’s for me but can still sometimes provides good information on certain courses.

The course content doesn’t seem to be too informational. There were only a couple times where I felt like the information provided in the course was informative - and I truly am looking for guidance so I feel like I’ve wasted my time.
Also, some of the Polls will actually ask questions and not provide answers, just a percentage of who answered what- I’m left without knowing the answer. I don’t think going out of my way to research something your app asks is acceptable.
Lastly, the community feature is weird. I thought it was just a search bar at first and that was my bad, but when I asked a real question, it’s still “pending”? Does it need to be approved or do people have to comment on it before it move out of “pending” status?
This isn’t worth as much as it’s going for and I appreciate the free trial but I will not be continuing a subscription.

Charging for the trial ?!
I got charged when I had clicked on the free trial for a week option. I felt frustrated when I was supposed to have 7 days for free. I had to go through Apple for a refund and i didn’t gain access to the app.
This is a great app.
A beautifully built app with really thoughtful and easy to apply content. The advise on techniques for both men and women is great.

Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. I downloaded the app, you have to pay for it, nothings free. I signed up for a two week subscription, that I almost IMMEDIATELY cancelled. The app just wasn’t what I was expecting and I wasn’t going to pay for it. Last night at 10:30ish pm they charged my card $63.59 even though I cancelled my two week free trial.
I’ve already talked to Apple support and there’s nothing they can do except “request a refund” after the billing goes through (this isn’t an option because I don’t ever at any point have $60 in my checking account because Apple has randomly charged my card for things that I never got figured out). Anyways, I emailed the app developers last night and haven’t received anything back, I emailed again this morning, still nothing.
I had to get a new bank card because it was not an authorized charge and now I’m screwed over for at least 3 days to get a new card and I can’t use my App Store til they drop the charge.

Nett aufgebaute App aber viel zu wenig Inhalt für den Preis, das macht nicht mal ansatzweise Sinn für ein Jahresabo.
7-Tage-Testzeitraum gilt nur für Jahresabo und nicht für Monatsabo - mein Fehler, dass ich es nicht gelesen habe, aber aus meiner Sicht ein absolutes No-Go!! Entweder ich kann die App testen, oder eben nicht.

J’apprécie vraiment le contenu, à la fois certaines techniques associées à la présence, conscience, c’est très riche et unique.

One simple request to devs
I love this app, but as I scroll through a new page, I almost always accidentally select an answer to a question and there is no way to change it! There needs to be a way to change your answer or even rest your account. I previewed a few lessons to determine whether I wanted to pay for the app (which I do, because it’s great) but I wish I could reset my account so that I can start over with my partner.

J’ai testé avec une offre incluant 3 jours d’essai gratuit. Pas convaincu j’ai supprimé mon compte dès le premier jour et je viens d’être prélevé ! Et impossible de voir mon abonnement, mes donnés bancaires ont été siphonnées sans que je ne puisse plus rien faire ! Fuyez devant cette arnaque !
