Works at first
I’ve been watching my blood pressure for a while and have my coaching calls again. However, the app is very problematic. It will work for a bit and then stop when they push out an update. Frustrating.
It is still an issue. Every time I login it tells me my version is out of date. Even when I delete and re-download.

Does not connect to device
Have an indie health blood pressure monitor but even though it shows already on device list it is unable to get a reading from it. Have to do it manual all the time.
Also the Look & Feel is quite dated and does not meet what other health apps are doing.
Still good for tracking and keeping historical information, but can do same thing on Excel

Crashes all the time
I can hardly even get the app open without it crashing all the time. Too many bugs and issues.
Buggiest app I’ve ever used
I’ve been trying to use this app for 2 years. Update reports for my insurance. Time for developers to start over with a new app.
Worst App Ever!
This, by far, the WORST app that I have EVER downloaded. It never worked from day 1. The type was all in white and I could read anything that I typed in from my username, password, to messages that I tried to send. I even sent a message to IT in the app telling them about the issue (of course, I couldn’t read it to be sure that it was typing correctly) and they responded IN THE APP when I had asked them to email me. I finally got an email from coach telling me that I can write to him in the app. I tried to reply to the email but it was, of course, undeliverable. I give up!

Useful app!
I really appreciate this app! It shows me all of my glucose readings as well as my blood pressure readings all on one app. It helps keep me organized. I like that I can download my readings and send them to my dr instead of bringing in a piece of paper that I’ve written down readings on. The messaging system is great too when I need a refill on my supplies my health coach gets back to me in less than 24 hours! Way to go Kannact!! I appreciate that they truly care about my health.

Doesn’t work
When I login it just blinks the loading circle at me and doesn’t do anything. Pretty useless app.

I can’t see what I type into the login screen. Why would you make it so NOTHING shows up??
The app has been good-now can’t get it to open.
The app seems fairly bare bones but it reads glucose monitor via Bluetooth and transmits that to my coach. But now the app will not open. It just spins and spins. It’s of no use to me like this.
Easy to use. Helpful support if needed
I’m not the most tech savvy person, but I found this app was helpful & pretty easy to use. I had a small issue pairing the app with my Glucometer but Kannact’s tech support had me set up in less than 5 min. Great team to help if needed!

Tech support is great and they know the app, but this app is too difficult to setup on your own. I’ve never used an app that required tech support to setup. I was using the iFORA app that came with my meter, because the setup was automatic. After calling Kannact tech support my meter was up and running and submitting my data. THEN, Apple pushed out an iOS update, and now my app won’t open. I’m so frustrated with this whole setup process.

Great company that is really intentional with each of their patients. Love getting to pair the app with my phone, it really helps me manage my glucose levels & blood pressure. I’ve seen my A1C drop and my glucose levels even out. So grateful for this app and this company!

Useless
I have no problem logging in, but every time I try to connect a device, the app shuts down. I’ll stick with my old OneTouch Ultra.
Does not work!!
This app is a joke. Works ok on my husbands old iPhone 5 but will NOT work on my phone. Hasn’t ever worked for me.

Who knows if it’s good? It never freaking works!
Seriously this needs to be fixed. I can use it a day or two then it stops and I have to reinstall. Good in theory but fix this please because right now it is garbage.

I think they need to hire a new set of programmers. Or this must have been one of the original apps from 10 years ago! Honestly, it's very clunky, hard to use and unreliable. I use apps and this one feels like it's all over the place and while it has a lot of menu items the features hold very little value.
