Not register for this, it's completely waste of money

I had a very bad experience with Kannada Matrimony. Initially they show a few profiles and then push you to register by paying ₹6000 or more. Once you pay the amount, suddenly you will not see many useful profiles. After that, their team continuously calls and pressures you to take a “Personal Assistant” service which costs around ₹13,000 to ₹20,000.

Later they try to sell more paid services again and again. It feels like they are more focused on collecting money rather than genuinely helping people find matches.

In my opinion, this is a waste of money. Please don’t blindly believe their promises or marketing calls. Think carefully before paying even a single rupee. I request others not to register for this application or other community matrimony apps without proper research.

Unprofessional service

Please don’t mismanage my profile without my consent. One of the representative changed my registered number without my consent. This is not acceptable either provide the services which I paid for or refund the amount which I paid for if you are not able to provide the service. And the representative cut the call abruptly when I asked him why the number got changed without me entering the OTP. I had to call back and talk to another customer service agent to raise a complaint

Waste of money don’t buy

I am writing to share my extremely negative experience with your premium membership. I feel that the sales process was manipulative, as the salesperson engaged in "mind washing" tactics to pressure me into subscribing.

Since becoming a member, I have not received a single profile. Furthermore, the customer support has been entirely unresponsive; I have not received any assistance and my calls have not been returned.

Overall, I consider this to be a complete waste of money.

Drains battery

This app gets the phone heated up so much that the battery drains up to 10-15% in less than 10min

Logs out constantly

App keeps on logging me out constantly and every time I need to login.

Worst app and service

They don’t have good profiles, I was forced to take subscription by one of their assistant but after taking membership didn’t get a single new profile. Then after few days I can’t even make use of prime benefits, their customer care assistant give lame reasons. Totally waste of money

Very bad Costumer service

Unnecessary calls from costumer care to take the subscription by force or insisting to delete the account if not take oh subscription

Waste of money

Don’t ever take a membership, starting you will get lot of calls from the support and they’ll hype you to get membership then after the membership

Worst App I have ever seen!!

Reported almost 25+bugs, someone from developer reached me out, explained each and everything about the bugs yet after 2months nothing is resolved but more issues comes up even after new update from BM, its way to shame to explain how bad the team is… they are just doing time pass rather then doing some real work… Hope CEO or BM owners takes seriously about this, if not I bet a new app from someone wil l make it to the top… each and every component of the BM as issues…. I would rate this to -infinity if there was any… so worst… only components that works is payment sessions… All BM are fraud people who works just for money not for services

Bad experience with this app

Taken 3 months subscription but there is no use .
80% profiles are fake. And no worth.
Lot of glitch on this app.
I suggest you to don't buy premium pack.

While selecting DOB is directly takes me out of the application(to the Home Screen of my phone) reinstalled 3 times but same. Worst one

Worst Bharath Matrimony

I taken premium membership, its almost 25 days done, till date i didn’t get not even 5 profiles.

Its completely lie peoples and fake app.
If downloaded this app also don’t pay for premium subscription.
