Since 6.22 six days ago - update
Unable to login on IPad to App even after removing and reloading latest version. — have since reset password using forgot password function and have overcome cycling back to the login page over and over. I apologize for venting my frustrations. Great app.

AppleTV app has big issues
Rewind and fast-forward are BASIC functions of a video player and they flat out don’t work. Skip back 10sec and rewind at 1x only does, but scrubbing/skipping is completely broken and you can’t go faster than 1x when rewinding. Use Apple’s video player functionality!! It’s infinitely better, and you clearly don’t know how to write one!!

Finicky; No user history or email confirmations
It is a decent selection with no ads, as mentioned in other reviews. However, movies/videos I have reserved and started watching suddenly disappear from my watch list mid-cycle, and then become unsearchable on the app (even though my local library search system indicates it still being available). There is no way to check or verify user history from the app (iOS). It seems finicky and frustrating to use for these reasons. E-mail confirmations would be good as well, especially in the absence of the app containing personalized rental history.

Great content but needs some tweaks
The content is wonderful and has an amazing breath of options. Especially enjoy the added British content. The major issue is that I can’t tell what i have watched. This is especially frustrating when it is a Tv episode - there is no way to check - did i watch the episode to the end or did i stop halfway through ? If you can no longer access your history - at least provide some way to indicate which episodes you have viewed.

Tell people about Kanopy!!!
If you have a library card you should be utothe heck out of this app. Tell everyone who has a library card about it. If you don’t have a library card get one. Tell everybody you know to get a library card and this app. Bring literacy back!
very neat, great selection
only thing wrong with it is there’s less platform support for the player compared to commercial products. but it’s free, can’t be too nit-picky, great selection, really cool.
Cannot log in through Google…
This app needs to be updated so that users can login through Google.. deleting and re-installing the app is not helping nor can i sign in through selecting my library and entering the library card number… please and thank you.
INSANELY FINICKY
I tried to make an account by connecting it to my library, I have to verify my library card during each log in. So if I go out of the app to verify then go back in, it completely re starts me over. There is absolutely no way for me to even make an account. Also forget saving this password, if I use my saved passwords and a tab pulls up to click the saved one, it restarts me. It was so annoying and I’ve never had this problem with any other app.

I have an account, I log on, and it takes me to front screen asking me to log in and sign up again. And again and again and again

Love it through and through. This app has helped me curb some of my binge-waiting tendencies and exposed me to some unusual titles and other favorite movies that are tough to find on other services. Highly recommend to everyone!
When it works, it’s great
I love watching videos and listening to music on this. However, it stops pauses stops transmitting is generally frustrating. On my computer it seems to work well but on the iPhone it does not
