Only got it for school and it was an absolute headache. Headache getting an account with my library card, didn’t let me download it on wifi, had to be data, then didn’t let me watch it with data, had to be wifi. Rather have a textbook. Only giving it some stars because it had okay content, it would be nice if I could actually watch it.

Great App
Very glad that my library recommended this, I watched some great movies, there is a great selection of International movies as well. The only negative is there is no TV shows on this app, not sure why, since Hoopla has both.
Playback issues with descriptive audio channel
More often than I’d like to experience, a movie will default to the descriptive secondary audio channel during playback. Sometimes, closing and reopening the app resolves this issue. There are times, such as today (The Soloist), when neither that nor updating the app works.
This is incredibly frustrating as points for movies are deducted without ever watching said movie.
Please fix this longstanding issue.

Unable to get tickets
My library is affiliated but I can’t get tickets. It’s not ideal when my library is unable to give me tickets/tokens to watch movies etc.

Site for artistic and less mainstream film streaming at no cost with accessible with just a library card. I can’t complain about that. Time limit is a 2 to 3 day loan auto returned without fines.
