The website & app keep saying my account not existing
It would be much much appreciated if Kaplan announce the tien they would update the bank/ app/ website, so we can make plan for it. It keep running into the issue that the website/ or app shut down all suddenly and said the account is not existing or something went wrong (even though my account is still active for the next 5 months)

Too long reload and constant ask for relog in
Ask for log in each time I minimal the app for safari or anything else, taking lot of time for reload after each time log in, keep saying app is updating even though I have downloaded the newest version and update it. I think lot of things need to be fixed here, especially the log in and remember the password function

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Can’t access any of my deluxe NCLEX testing resources. Waste of money. Tried deleting and redownloading, signing in and out and nothing. Thanks for taking my money kaplan.

If this is supposed to be an app that aids in studying for the Mcat why doesn’t it support the online course?
