App constantly crashes and is not suitable for newer generation smartphones

Kaptur

Useful if you don’t mind faffing around doing it all whilst in the property but you cannot add photos at a later date as there is no option to upload from camera roll and cannot edit at all on my Apple Mac laptop!
Works well on windows laptops though!

Bugs and glitches

I’ve used this app for a long time on and off, over time there have been numerous bugs and glitches along the way, support has often been sporadic, dismissive and unhelpful

This is a excellent tool for any agents involved in the lettings industry. It helps you build fully descriptive and photographic inventory and checkout reports, which will benefit both the landlord and the tenant and so resolve unwanted disputes between both parties during a tenancy period. Very user friendly, with excellent customer support.
