Cannot connect app
Tried for two hours. Get right to the point where it’s says network connected, then nothing. Infinity. Very disappointed. I bought two of these machines and have no way of controlling them.
Can’t reset password
App signed me out and wouldn’t accept password. Have been trying to do a reset password for weeks but it never send the email for verification. Can’t do anything with robot cleaner now.
