Decent fashion at a high price
The quality of the items is subpar like Macy’s, but at a much higher price point. They also are sketchy about how discounts are applied to orders. You cannot cancel even if it’s within a half hour window and they won’t clearly spell out discount terms. It’s a little shady.

Boohoo Utterly Destroyed KM
Been a loyal customer of KM for years until Boohoo the fast fashion label took over and entirely trashed the brand with ridiculous designs that made the once elegant and smart woman now look like the cheap fast fashion clowns that Boohoo produces.
There are not enough words to describe the heartbreak of seeing this once majestic brand go down in a spiral like this. Not only are the designs trash, but also the make and fabric. Since Boohoo’s take over, there have been severe quality degradation issues with their pieces—some sleeves are ridiculously long, some have buttons that do not button, others have zippers that are too short and can’t be self zipped.
They have entirely overlooked the customer base that was loyal to KM; where high quality design, fabric and trims matter. Where knowing how to shape a curvaceous woman (not just plus size) matters. Where a firm grip on the fundamentals of design matters—silhouette, form, conceptual clarity, subtlety, minimalism, contrast, opacity, ergonomics. Boohoo cares for none of these, churning out incoherent, irrelevant, thoughtless, crude pieces that speak only for cost reduction. It doesn’t appear that they even have a single qualified designer, patter maker or style editor left on their team.
I’ve already written in to the brand a few times on multiple channels to warn them about these problems before they devolved into the unrecognizable, incoherent mess they are now, but no one listened. Now they’re desperately trying to bring back the waistline, but in such poor taste that it hurts to see how little they understand their customer’s body and what matters in their daily lives.
At this point, sadly, I’ve given up on KM under Boohoo; I don’t think their current atelier is capable of fathoming a mid career professional who needs their wardrobe to display the gravitas that represents the maturity, intellect, sensitivity and inner strength to an ever demanding workplace and family life that is expected of the postmodern woman.
Please just sell KM back to the original team running the atelier. You don’t have what it takes to carry the KM brand to greater heights.

App is a waste of time only used it as you get extra discount there is always something that doesn’t work I either can’t login into my account & have to reset my password even though it’s saved in my iPad or today it wouldn’t let me login to my PayPal account to pay so had to use a different payment but if I come
of the km site I can login into my PayPal account no problem I also have had the same problem when shopping on the Debenhams site which is owned by the same company if I didn’t like to dress so much I wouldn’t bother buying for km as this is so frustrating. I pay for unlimited delivery for a year & sometimes that doesn’t work so I have to email km for them to sort it out but they can take days to get back to you

Pretty hopeless
The discount code doesn’t work even though the website told me to use it. There is no customer service phone number so I had to text. It took me nearly an hour to get a reply, which told me you have to click on the discount banner in order to benefit from the discount code, which in any case is only available on certain items (not specified until you do).

Difficult to order on app
Very difficult to order on the app. Cannot order without the order being rejected. I don’t think you all want to succeed in business. I am a regular customer of yours but now I shop elsewhere
App doesn’t take the code
This has been a problem for a while but customer service has provided insufficient resolution. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years but with no live agents, you’re out of luck.
Kmapp25 discount did not work
I am using the app. The product description says the KMAPP25 should work but it did not. I had to delete an item to lower the price. Very disappointed. I order items every other month.
Refund/gift card
I received two vouchers as refund although I didn’t request them. Only given 3 months to use them and they didn’t work took quite a few attempts to get correct codes etc and assured id 72 days to use but one still won’t work and the app is dreadful to use.
Issues with credit card payments
App does not allow credit card payments. Tried with multiple cards, reinstalling the app, etc. Customer service via text is pretty useless. It just repeats the same things rather than responding to the details.
Karen millen charges
I love Karen millen, but am wondering why they still charge for delivery, no matter the amount you purchase. That’s to me look fraudulent.
