Impossible to Cancel

There is nowhere on the app or website to cancel and I keep getting charged a fee. I just emailed support so I will update my review if I get assistance with an immediate cancellation.

Support is non existent

Tried to get assistance since the app would not progress past day 1 for two weeks. Get an auto response stating they will be back to me in 24 hours. Any particular 24 hours?

F…!$& Irritating

I hate all of the apps now that do not let you know that you have an upcoming payment due anywhere and there’s no way to find out until they just take it out of your account that is irritating to me!!! and this is one of the many just cost me $30 when I just signed up for a trial and there’s no way to cancel it

Not worth the money

The app does not open the next lesson after completing the one before. Very frustrating and not worth the money.

Keep stealing my money.

In December 2025, I contacted their customer support to remove any subscription and cancel my account. They assured me there was no active subscription, yet they charged me 29.99 in January. I reached out again. They apologized and assured me they would process a refund, but nothing happened. Today they charged my account again. I’m opening a case with my bank and will accuse these people of theft—that’s what they are. I regret giving my card to their online site.

I like & dislike Karma Path

The app is nice, at least the first session. But it’s made me repeat the first session 3 times it won’t let me progress because I haven’t completed the first session yet. It’s been completed 100% and days have gone by. Also, when you look under profile you don’t know what your email or username is or anything like that so it’s a little bit aggravating, but hopefully they will respond to my email and help me fix the problem so I can go on and try the next session.
