Terrible App
App throws an error as soon as you log in with a compatible device. The app wouldn’t allow me to make payment, with no clear reason why. This also resulted in a $95 fine. Incredibly frustrating
Terrible app
Really frustrated with this app. It crashed multiple times and wouldn’t let me pay for my parking, even though I tried several times. Because of that, I ended up getting a $95 fine. Super frustrating — I was doing the right thing, but the app just didn’t work. Hopefully they fix these issues soon, because this kind of thing shouldn’t happen
