Built for single child families?
Response given that it is possible to pay to multiple activities in one payment and to contact them. Then told it's not possible. Either pay per child per activity or transfer into the wallet and then pay once. Then I might as well pay the school direct and save myself the time and frustration.

Needs better functionality
I appreciate being able to pre-order lunches for school. However, please give us a better interface and functions that allow us to pick the days of the week from a calendar rather than scrolling through complete menus for every single day. It would also be helpful to disable previous days of the week to prevent ordering on the wrong day. Scrolling through the entire menu each day makes It too easy to place an order on the WRONG day. Also, when a meal is placed in the cart, the day of the week, child’s name and item intended for purchase should be listed to confirm prior to paying. Also, I would like to be able to load the cart with multiple student orders since I have more than one child and pay for all of the orders at one time. Most important, parents should able to correct/cancel an order prior to midnight (your designated cutoff time for pre-ordering). I would greatly appreciate you adding these important functions to the app. It would be much more robust and easier to use. Thank you

Links for help don’t work and no support available for the app at all so if it doesn’t work you’re on your own
First time user issues
My son was not being linked to my Karri App profile. What I thought would be a long and exhausting process took less than 5 minutes. It was absolutely fantastic! The issue was resolved immediately and the service I received from Katelyn was the best experience I’ve ever had with an issue. They deserve every single star they got!

When receiving calls from unknown numbers we are usually thinking it’s spam but instantly as Maggie explained where she was from and what was going on with my Karri payments, I trusted her with the info and she reminded me to pay to activate the account again

While the app provides a convenient way to manage school-related communication and school fees, I find the timing of some messages to be highly inappropriate. Receiving notifications as early as 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning is intrusive and unprofessional. Communication—especially regarding administrative matters such as school fees—should be limited to standard business hours during the week.
Even if there are account-related communication, there is a time and place for such correspondence, and weekends should be respected as personal and family time. I kindly urge the school or app administrators to revise their communication schedule to ensure more considerate and professional timing.
