Links for help don’t work and no support available for the app at all so if it doesn’t work you’re on your own

First time user issues

My son was not being linked to my Karri App profile. What I thought would be a long and exhausting process took less than 5 minutes. It was absolutely fantastic! The issue was resolved immediately and the service I received from Katelyn was the best experience I’ve ever had with an issue. They deserve every single star they got!

When receiving calls from unknown numbers we are usually thinking it’s spam but instantly as Maggie explained where she was from and what was going on with my Karri payments, I trusted her with the info and she reminded me to pay to activate the account again

App Review

While the app provides a convenient way to manage school-related communication and school fees, I find the timing of some messages to be highly inappropriate. Receiving notifications as early as 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning is intrusive and unprofessional. Communication—especially regarding administrative matters such as school fees—should be limited to standard business hours during the week.

Even if there are account-related communication, there is a time and place for such correspondence, and weekends should be respected as personal and family time. I kindly urge the school or app administrators to revise their communication schedule to ensure more considerate and professional timing.
