How does the user suppose to pay with the QR code while checking the journey it started and don’t mess with the plan?!

I recharged my account on 29 Mar at 10:50 pm, five days ago, with 10 QR, but the amount has not been credited yet, please assist in resolving this issue.

Meanwhile customer service is bad. They never answer my query right. Instead gives templated responses. been going back and forth for 2 weeks now and my trip is almost coming up.

User friendly App
This app very useful according to its simplified features. But since 2 months location/ gps function not working in my phone. Not showing bus location and reaching while waiting for the bus. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, verified location access everything. Still the same, please advise remedy for this

User Friendly app
Small request to update the follow issue. Smart card didn’t function while the first tap usage at BUS due to when we received “bonus” over the last recharge. Technically we can deduct main balance first to continue the trip then credit bonus to the respective smart card.

Good service but sometimes karwa app not inform that bus not in service that’s why people facing trouble…
Be careful while recharging
Done recharge online for rechargeable ticket. Cash gone, transaction showing in the app but the money is not in the card. When trying to recharge again it shows the activity is in progress.

Why always no bus to these place only on thursday and friday why does karwa dont want people to travel on weekends
