Send failed but money still charged
I contacted Kash about getting a refund. While they were initially helpful, it’s now been over a month and I still never got an email with a prepaid card they said they would send as a refund. They’ve stopped responding to my emails when I ask where this is. I’ve had to open a dispute with the card companies.
An absolute nightmare – avoid this service.
