Kicks me out
Could this app please have a function for making a mortgage payment from an outside bank account? I have been using the “external transfer” option for years (which takes several days) and lately the app kicks me out as soon as I select the option. Kind of hard to make a payment when the only way to do it boots me out of the app. Please update this and provide a reasonable way to quickly make a Payne payment.

still slow in 2025
this app is nice for convenience of checking accounts, but updating information, locking/unlocking cards, checking the “Cards” tab and other functions are super slow or don’t work. The cards tab specifically never works for me unless i restart the app multiple times. they charge a $5 service fee each month, so I’d like to see a better working app honestly!

This is a basic app with limited options. You can’t get statements, balance your account, print transactions/statements. You can’t report cards lost or stolen, request new cards.
You can see your balance, see recent transactions and transfer money from one account to another.
It’s worthless. One phone call and you can do the same 3 things.
Don’t bother getting app!! Save your phone space.

I can't sign in because of a "no network error". And my internet is running and working. BS

Disappointing Compatability
I love this app, and was thrilled when the real ease allowed me to put it in my ipad, iPhone, and iPod touch together. However, with the latest update, it's inly compatible with the iPhone again, and it was forcefully pulled off my other devices because it's specified as an iPhone only app. The bank would do well to allow it on other devices too so they don't limit the ability of their customers to interact with their accounts.

Really Disappointed
This app is not available for the Ipad and it should be. I am disabled and it is difficult to get out in the winter time to make deposits. So I would love to be able to deposit checks from my home. The Ipad has all the same features of an iphone. Please consider making this app work with the Ipad and Ipod Touch. If it gets updated I will change my review.
