Awesome but can be tweaked
Excellent app but when I have more than one pet listed in the app, the power of the tracking collar no longer shows. Also will be good to have editable danger zone which can customs make shapes

The app does not work
I have the GPS and can not update my dogs location
When I click on update it says that my pet is at home, but in reality I am now with the GPS is another city! Please fix

According to the product's operational rules, when the product reaches another city, the device's location is synchronized to the current position unless specific conditions are met. For instance, if your phone's Bluetooth connection with the device remains uninterrupted, it may lead the device to mistakenly assume that your pet is with you at home, ensuring safety, and, therefore, not triggering a location update. Too slow
Once you’ve managed to get the app set up (very difficult to understand how to do), it takes over 5 minutes from opening the app to getting the cat’s location. Not great when you’re worried and wanting to find your cat. Other apps open within seconds. It’s a very slow platform and such a shame as it does (eventually) work.

can’t even get the set done ‘network not working’
we have been trying use this app for 2 days and as soo. as you get to the cats credentials it won’t save and just says ‘network not available’ not much use if you loose your cat. We have tried on two different networks our phones are compatible
