It’s EXTREMELY hard to find reliable delivery services where I live (almost in Shelby)! I’ve had countless orders canceled by DoorDash & Grubhub, literally right when the food should’ve arrived. As someone with multiple chronic illnesses, services like this are so desperately needed & so greatly appreciated! The rates are a bit higher than the other apps, but it’s locally owned & therefore expected (SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!) & totally worth it if they’re actually going to show up with your order! My driver (Luci) was extremely pleasant & thorough with all communications about my order. I would & will recommend this service/app to anyone & everyone!!! :-)

A Reliable Option In An Otherwise Ignored Area
Kat’s is a Godsend to those of us in small towns not serviced by most delivery options. DoorDash and ASAP say that they will deliver, but drivers rarely pick up our jobs because we’re so rural. Kat’s drivers always come through though—and with businesses that the other delivery services don’t even offer. They are our go-to, and we’ve never been left hanging by them.

delivery rate and fees
Hi! I love Kats. They are very pleasant and offer options that DoorDash does not. However, I only use it for those specific places ONLY and just because of the extra fees, otherwise I would choose a cheaper option. I paid $16 for a $7 meal. I want to support this app because it isn’t a massive thing like DoorDash and it started in our community from what I understand and they deserve the opportunity to thrive! I wish the rates would go down, especially during these times. But I do think tips should be mandatory during these times as well! Thank you!
