I eat at Taziki’s every week at least twice. Reward takes forever to collect. I received $10 off didn’t use it made an order and wanted to use it and couldn’t. No where for me to select the award. App needs to be did better

App not nard Taziki’s

When you try to place an order, the app is not called Taziki’s. You have to log on with something called to go. The password did not work so I reset it. It doesn’t work with the reset password either. This app is totally useless. I do not eat at Taziki’s anymore because this app is impossible to use.

What happened?

I have ordered weekly from this app for several years. All of sudden you cannot customize the sides or make any comments in the instruction box. I want to customize the side salad. Very frustrating.
