App sucks
I eat at Tazikiās every week at least twice. Reward takes forever to collect. I received $10 off didnāt use it made an order and wanted to use it and couldnāt. No where for me to select the award. App needs to be did better
App not nard Tazikiās
When you try to place an order, the app is not called Tazikiās. You have to log on with something called to go. The password did not work so I reset it. It doesnāt work with the reset password either. This app is totally useless. I do not eat at Tazikiās anymore because this app is impossible to use.

What happened?
I have ordered weekly from this app for several years. All of sudden you cannot customize the sides or make any comments in the instruction box. I want to customize the side salad. Very frustrating.

The food is amazing but the app is horrid. It crashes every time I try to make a new order and doesnāt let me use my earned points. Please fix this appā¦
Unbelievably AWFUL APP
I eat here first of all 3-5 times a week! love the food, especially their soup. These guys know me. Iām in there all the time so imagine my shock when I opened my app and now I wonāt even take any passwords first of all when you go into your passwords itās not gonna be under Taziki so donāt do that. I finally found out itās under two go.com so I changed it on there. I use the secure one which was my mistake. I had to go back and delete three different passwords on my passwords. All of them were free to go.com all three of them I tried all I do not know who is doing your apps, but you need to fire them because this is so frustrating for somebody my age Iām 63 that it just is irritating ! I just wanna get my soup. I canāt even order it usually it is a no-brainer. It was signing with my face. Iāve got credit card stored in here so I have to get the stupid thing working - so this will be the sixth time Iāve tried to change my password. I hope it works. Otherwise, I guess I have to use the phone. If they donāt fix this app, their phones will be ringing off the hook because nobody you need to fire whoever is doing your stuff. This is a joke.

Constantly glitchy
Over several years, Iāve struggled to get this app to not blank-out after 30 seconds in. Itās impossible to place an order.
Crashes, deletes orders
App crashes in the middle of orders. Had to reorder multiple times. Then received multiple transaction errors when trying to submit the order. Ultimately gave up & ordered from somewhere else.

I really wanted to order some food on this app but it kept crashing. I looked for an update in case it was on my end and my app was up to date yet it kept crashing. All restaurants need to keep up with the times or you will be missing money. Taziki you missed this bill. Do better !
Fix the app!!!
Why have an app that doesnāt even work? It crashes constantly on my phone. Even when it does work itās one of the poorest excuses for a mobile ordering app. Hire some professionals instead of a cousin that has no idea what they are actually doing.

The app is awful. It constantly closes in the middle of me ordering. It rejects my CC although my CC is perfectly fine. I have to put the order in multiple time in order for it to be received. How can a large company like this not invest in its app???!!!!!

The Tazikiās app is frustrating to use, frequently crashing during the ordering process, forcing me to restart multiple times. The website is equally unreliable, with similar issues. These persistent problems make online ordering nearly impossible and reflect poorly on the Tazikiās brand.
Embarrassing
This app is infuriating to use. Will send you through the order process and crash out. Over and over it fails. Donāt bother with their website either, itās just as bad.

Excellent potential/ terrible in practice
The app is pretty. But its function is terrible. I was trying to order something for delivery and it kept telling me my pick up time was not available.
Iām logged into the app why doesnāt it save any of my information? I put my address in there as a safe address doesnāt respond. Iāve added credit card information. Itās never there.

Love Tazikis, Hate the App
This app repeatedly crashes in the middle of trying to place an order. I did all the troubleshooting - checked for an app update, deleted and reinstalled, updated phone software, yet it still crashes several times before you can checkout. Invest in a developer who is skilled in mobile apps. Itās 2025. Thereās no excuse for this big of a company to have this pitiful of an app. At least 5 times Iāve chosen another restaurant after too much frustration with this app
