Hi! I am a student, and I utilized this app, as it was more convenient than getting quarters when I could just pay for it with a balance I could load onto my account. I am not a fan of this new update. I think understand why the youth ticket option was put behind a couple hoops, but it has been incredibly frustrating for me and for others. Please make it more accessible, as it can be incredibly challenging for some to reach out for a plethora of reasons. Not everybody is tech savvy, so this leaves an unjust hill that people will have to navigate without much guidance.
At the very least, leave a a guide or message on the app that’s easy/easier to find so people can access their rightful discounts.
