A Great Adventure
We are having so much fun exploring Kauai with this app. Andrew, if we ever meet up, we'll buy you an ice cold MaiTai! (BTW: Our second app purchase because Hawaii the Big Island Revealed was also terrific!)
Doesn’t work correctly
I love the Hawaii Revealed books so I was very excited to download the driving guide. I bought and paid for it. It kept prompting me to click to pay again. I thought maybe it didn’t take the first time. So I paid for it twice. Some of the arrows have commentary and come on as I’m driving and some just don’t. We would go long periods of time and pass many of the points of interest and no commentary. I’ve used other driving apps multiple times and never had this issue. Pretty disappointed.

Kauai Revealed was awesome!
We would have missed so many site without this audio driving tour. So many good stories and information about the sites, history of the island and its people and your reviews! Never found the ancient fish pond by the cruise pier, and sad to think that is the first glimpse of Kauai that cruisers get without some sort of excursion. Kauai is SO beautiful—all sides of the island. Thank you for adding to our experience.

Disappointing
Disappointing compared to the big island guide. Didn’t give information on some destinations/points of interest that we wanted to know more about.
Highly recommend!
Best $ we spent while on the island was getting this app! So fun to have a narrated tour of the island as we drove along. It almost felt like we had a personal tour guide in the back seat. It led us to things we would have never seen! And we learned so much!

App broken, can’t buy
Nothing happens after you click on the buy now pop up, so the app is basically broke because you simply can’t use it.
Worked partly
Started the first half of the island great with the audio popping in and out of our own music. Then the app just stopped working. Restarted my phone. Deleted and re-added the app, still didn’t work. Super disappointed for the second half of the island without the tour.

Check your internet error
I keep getting check your internet error as I launch the app. Unable to move forward. Disabled WiFi, went to LTE and still didn’t work. Can you help?

Tried downloading twice and it always got stuck on “check internet”. My internet is working fine for other apps. Love the Revealed books though.

I got the app, not the book, though a family member loaned me the book. I was not really prepared to be impressed, I thought I’d give it a go “in case”.
We loved it! The quick insights as we drove led us to research more when we had time.

Awesome App
I bought the book “The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook” Kauai Revealed. As I was reading the book, the book said to download the app. Once we got to Kauai, I sampled the app and loved the commentary as we drove around the island. Once the free sample was over, we bought the program and it was well worth it. I highly recommend this app

Perfect trip companion
I have to confess, I was pretty skeptical about paying for an app on top of the guide I’d already purchased but I’m so glad I did. The app is flat out amazing. The location tracking works perfectly everywhere on the island (even deep up the 4WD trail he guided us through), the commentary is fun, educational, conversational, and never overbearing or annoying. The feature that allows you to play your own music while the commentary comes in and out was an unexpected plus. The recommendations are great and you could literally spend your entire trip just hopping in the car and following his advice around the island. I kind of what him as my co-pilot back home as I drive around the mainland. If you’re on the fence, get the app. I do not think you’ll regret it.

Kauai tour
Loved this app, I have never tried one these before. It was very helpful in exploring the island and we learned a lot of nice history of Hawaii. Would highly recommend this if you are planning to explore Kauai.
Andrew is the absolute best!
For two years we have enjoyed Kauai with Andrew. His guidance and “lore” have made our trip’s unbelievably enjoyable. Thank you Andrew you are truly our island go to guy. Mahalo ❤️
Extremely Helpful Tips for Visiting Kaua’i
Andrew has the best tips throughout the island, saving you time on planning what to do and also which roads to take. His books have been our main guide for both Kauai and Maui and basically helped us plan our entire trip. Recommend this app over Shaka Guide or others because this app follows you in real time anywhere on the island.

We love this app! Great information and stories. Lots of really good suggestions. It worked wonderfully. We like that the stories going in one direction are different than the stories on the return trip. We highly recommended Ned this app.
