About

If you are ever in an accident, first call 911. Then open the Kavanagh Injury Law app to start documenting what happened from Day 1. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT • Quick capture: the date and time are recorded the moment you open it. • One-tap location: GPS records where it happened and converts it to an address. • Photograph the hazard: especially useful for falls in stores and businesses. Photograph the wet floor, the broken tile, or the missing warning sign. • Accident type: auto, premises (store or business), or other. • Your description: write down what happened while it is fresh. • Everything saves to your phone first. If you choose, send the details to our team with your name and phone number. • Questions and answers: the same assistant as on our website. FOR OUR CLIENTS • Your case status and next steps. • Messages with your attorney. • Your documents: open them, and send us photos, videos, or several files at once. • My Info: complete or update your questionnaire. • Find medical providers from the Records tab. OUR FEE We charge a flat 20% contingency fee at every stage of the case. You pay nothing unless we recover for you. Case costs and any medical liens come out of the recovery. No result is guaranteed.
