Stop rebuilding your billable day from memory. Say what you did. CaseClock drafts the time entry, finds work without an entry, and leaves every billing decision to you. CaseClock is the billing intelligence layer for lawyers and law firms. Capture work by voice, reconcile activity you may have missed, and move approved time into your existing practice management and billing workflow. SAY WHAT YOU DID After a call, meeting, hearing or drafting session, tap Record and describe your work in your own words. CaseClock transcribes it and prepares a draft with the client, matter, date, duration and a clear description. Where applicable, it suggests UTBMS task and activity codes for you to review. No connection? Recordings made offline are saved on your phone and uploaded when you reconnect, including after reopening the app. REVIEW, EDIT AND APPROVE Change an entry by speaking or editing the fields yourself. Review individual drafts, approve multiple entries, or combine drafts for the same client and matter. You can check the combined time and wording before confirming. Nothing is approved or sent to a billing system without your action. The final billing judgment stays with you. FIND WORK WITHOUT A TIME ENTRY With Microsoft 365 connected in the CaseClock web app, Reconcile helps identify work that may not yet have been recorded, including calendar events, Teams meetings, emails and OneDrive activity. CaseClock checks this activity against existing time entries, suggests possible clients and matters, and shows when a match is uncertain. Review each item, create a draft, mark it already captured or not billable, or set it aside. You decide what counts as billable work. By default, Reconcile uses details such as subjects, times and participants, not message or document contents. Content access is optional and controlled in the web app. LEARNS YOUR PREFERENCES CaseClock can learn preferred spellings, writing habits and billing conventions from your edits and instructions. It shows when a new preference is learned and lets you undo it. Review or change what it remembers in the web app, or switch learning off. Preferences can apply to all your work or to particular clients and matters. WORKS WITH YOUR EXISTING SOFTWARE CaseClock complements your firm's practice management and billing systems rather than replacing them. Use supported integrations or export approved time for your existing workflow. Your firm retains control of its billing processes. ONE WORKFLOW, EVERY DEVICE Capture on your phone, in the web app, or through the CaseClock desktop app for Mac and Windows. Work with the same clients, matters and entries across devices. DESIGNED FOR LAW FIRMS Recording starts only when you tap Record. Microsoft 365 activity is accessed only after an authorized connection. Customer data is stored in the customer's configured region; AI processing may occur on Microsoft Azure servers outside that region. CaseClock is free to install and intended for authorized users of an active CaseClock workspace. Firms configure their workspace and access through the web app at caseclock.ai. CaseClock does not provide legal advice. Lawyers are responsible for reviewing and approving their time entries.
