Kaynela Eco Lodges is a secure, staff-only app used at our lodges to register arriving guests, capture required consent, and keep check-in fast and compliant. The app is not for public bookings; a Kaynela staff login is required. What you can do Register guests on arrival and confirm booking details Capture IDs, contact info, emergency contacts, and party members Record signatures for consent & liability waivers (including minors) Verify passport/ID where required and note verification checks Attach photos (e.g., ID/booking proof) and generate a PDF copy Email or archive the signed registration/consent PDF Work offline at reception and sync automatically when back online Key features Fast check-in workflow tailored to Kaynela procedures Offline-first data capture with smart syncing Digital signatures and time-stamped audit trail Role-based access for authorized staff only Clean, privacy-aware design—no ads, no third-party trackers Who can use this app This application is for Kaynela employees and authorized contractors working at our lodges. A valid Kaynela account is required to sign in. Guests do not need to download this app. Permissions (how they’re used) Camera/Photos: capture ID or signature images to attach to the guest file and PDF. Location (optional): tag check-ins for security and audit (when enabled by admins). Storage: create and share the generated PDF copy of the forms. Privacy We collect only the information needed for check-in, safety, and legal compliance. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and records are retained only as long as required.
